Cleaning was not perfect in the room under the sofa bed. Room was hot and clim was not running when we arrived at 11pm, so it took us some time to fall asleep. Perhaps price is a bit high.

The level of English of the staff leaves something to be desired, BUT that is to be expected in a small village in Bavaria. There is only one coffee to be had during breakfast, and the coffee doesn’t really taste all that well. This shouldn’t overshadow the quality of the breakfast overall which seems appropriate for 20€.

The breakfast was very nice, the room was very comfortable. The property is near a bus stop that gets you to Messestadt Ost U-Bahn terminal that gets you into city center within 30 minutes. Door-to-door under 1 hour. You can also go by car and use the P+R - this is a perfect location: The village is neat, clean, calm and proper with friendly people and a solid pub next door. We appreciated the “go green” programme where you can choose for the staff to not clean your room and get a free drink. Especially in a short stay like the ours, a daily cleaning is wholly unnecessary. Actually for the CrossFit cult members - there is a CrossFit gym some 300 meters away from the hotel + the main property has a gym (I didn’t try it though). Overall, this is excellent value for money with a strategic position for a commute into Munich!

The price during the exhibition in München is exorbitant.

Very good hotel if you would like to visit the exhibition at Messe München. Hotel Erb is situated in a small town close to Munich, and you can get there by car in about 15 minutes. Or you can take a train to the München. Parking There is a large free parking area near Hotel West Bestern and a small parking lot for 8 cars near Hotel Erb. Breakfast Breakfast is served at Hotel West Bestern, a 5-minute walk away. But it's ok. Breakfast is very good and tasty with a wide choice of dishes. Reception is also in the Best Western Hotel. In this small town, there is a large supermarket, McDonald's, and pizza restaurants. They are a 5-minute drive from the hotel. Electric charging for Tesla Near McDonald's in the large parking area, there is a Tesla Supercharger. Very convenient!

We forgot to read the message from the hotel telling us to check in at the Best Western first before going to the hotel. Could hear other guests in the corridor/ other rooms which woke us up. Other than that there was no noise from the road or anything else

- It’s a personal preference but I don’t like when the whole room has carpet on the floor. - Bathroom is a little outdated, the shower was in the bathtub.

Good location, in small village, not much around but good for a short stay! Room had a good size with comfortable beds, air conditioning, very quiet. Restaurant is a 1 min walk away. Breakfast is at the sister property, a short walk away and was really really good! It had a huge buffet with plenty of choice. Kids until 12 were eating free! So it ended up a really good value for the price!
