The location is great and check-in was easy. Generally the room was in order and the beds were comfy. Although I booked the place pretty last minute and it saved us, it's not worth the money I paid for it. We found hair in the bathroom, the towels looked washed but smelled strange, water inside the soap dispenser - I would not expect that from a hundred plus euros place. But I digress.

My arrival was delayed and there is no one at the reception in the evening.It would have been helpful if there was a picture of which door to enter after dark. It was very hard to find. The room was stuffy and warm and it wasn’t possible to open the window due to the location of the room directly below the sidewalk. There was a large conference in the city so all hotels raised their prices thus making this place not a value for the price charged.

Single Window opens onto street level so requires to be shut to keep the noise from passing pedestrians and cars, Fortunately the window panes are double glazed and when shut cut all the noise but reduces ventilation. Had some weird dreams and although had shut of all the lights when going to bed in the middle of the first night one of the lights suddenly came on as if to intently wake me up.

Room was sizable and well equipped with several amenities. Interior was modern and well furnished.

Limited shelf space in the bathroom and no racks at all, making it very difficult to hang towels and store items. The shower stand was very precariously screwed to the wall looking like it may fall off at any time. Also the shower stand was placed towards the side of the shower instead of the centre, making it awkward to shower, having to touch against the wall. Despite arriving during the designated check in time, no one was present (I was informed a couple hours prior to my arrival), so when I had trouble getting into my room I had to call the owner, resulting in international call costs since I had a data only sim.

Great location, a short walk to the nearest U Bahnhof and a little further to an S Bahnhof, 10 minutes from the Hamburg Hbf. Bed was comfortable. Many power outlets in any place you’d need them. Nice modern shower design. Complementary coffee/tea was a welcome surprise.

Great location, close to public transport (less than 10mins from the airport) and wide range of shops and supermarkets. Single room/ studio small but has all amenities required. Bed is comfortable, heating worked really well.

I chose room with double bed, but got two seperate beds. Shower couldnt be properly closed so its impossible to not have wet floor.

It was in the basement, not even ground floor. I particularly avoid these rooms or apartments when I am travelling, I hate waking up in the dark, and this info was also nowhere in the description. I also didn't like that I wasn't sent the check-in info and details via message here, as per usual, but I had to call in the phone when I arrived. In my case my bf lives in Germany so we could call with his phone, but on other circumstances this could be quite an issue for a foreigner that is also not informed about this in advance, and has to find a way to telephone after what could be a long trip to get there. Overall though, the space is nice for 1-2 nights sleep kinda situation.

The room was noisy, as it was situated on the street level, facing the street. I had to sleep with earplugs on. I did not have a fridge or any opportunity to store or prepare food.

The room was clean, the heat was at a comfortable level, and the bath conditions were nice: clean facilities and the water was hot.

Good location near tube station 🚉, about 15 minutes from city centre. Big bedroom, very clean.

Very wet (towels utilized at morning even humid al night). 48 hours to have an hair dryer. 24 hours to have extra pillows (just required in email). Very kind staff but not so smart

They don't provide their own wifi but instruct the guests to use the free Hamburg's MobyKlick wifi. It requires users to log in every four hours, which would be tolerable, but the connection at the location is spotty and breaking up every few minutes, the login page requires multiple refreshes to load. Luckily this time I didn't need to work on my trip, but if you do, make sure you have a sufficient mobile plan.

The accommodation lacked hygiene. We did not stay overnight because we were afraid that there was a high probability of getting bedbugs.

The place was not cleaned well enough—there were cobwebs hanging in the corners of the walls. It was evident that there was a mold problem on the walls; in the room it had been painted over, but in the bathroom it was clearly visible near the window. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, and the hairdryer, which was listed as part of the amenities, was missing. We only received it by chance when we happened to meet a staff member. In the morning, I wrote to the property staff about these issues, but no one responded to the message. One last remark: the bed was supposed to be a double, but we received two single beds placed next to each other.

The location was very convenient.

My whole time there, I never saw any staff except for one cleaning lady shortly. In their advertising, the pictures let you believe you have a small kichenette where you can fix at least breakfast. Getting there, I find a very small kitchen area with nothing but a water kettle, a refrigerator guests are not supposed to use, and a sign informing me that fixing or eating meals there is not allowed. That is NOT FAIR! What is one supposed to do for breakfast??? Also, the bed was so high that there was a little step ladder to use to get up into the bed. Why?? On the next floor up above the bed, there must have been a sink or shower or something similar. The walls were not well insulated, so often I heard the sound of running or dripping water so close, I was wondering when I would get wet - fortunately, that did not happen. In a corner by the window, there was spider web, and the floor did not seem very clean. For what I paid, I expected something better than what I got.

I contacted them in advance to let them know when I would arrive. I got an email with instructions, so check-in was easy. The location was also good, close to public transportation, yet not on a busy main street.

They clearly haven’t dust the place in years. There’s a plastic plant in the bathroom that proves this. The place is infested with spiders.
