The location was a little questionable but my daughter and I felt safe enough walking to and from late at night.

It’s not about the hotel but the area; it’s next to casinos, live shows, etc. so extra caution should be exercised during night times. Again it’s not something the hotel staff can do but there are drunk people around until early in the morning; I’ve also experienced broken glass from beer bottles right outside the entrance.

Very convenient location next to the main train station. Good breakfast and very polite receptionists. We stayed there for one night with a 6 year old boy.

The AC could have been slightly better, but it was way hotter than normal when we were there. The pull out bed was a little hard, but that was expected since it was a pull out and not a normal bed.

House keeping entered to our room even we put a sign of “please do not disturb”. He or she took all bottles and threw them all. Anyway, the reception solve the problem and give the “free of charge” waters.

The location is awesome, you can reach everywhere with walking. Main station is also 5 min away by walking. The all receptiontionist are great. They are willing to help you. It is good to have Coffee machine and fridge in the room. Thank you to all of them.

The streets surrounding the hotel have quite strange people and in the evening smells like pot everywhere (not in the hotel!). I found on my bed sheet something like pubic hair, and that was kinda disgusting.

Next to the central station and a few minutes walking to a lot of sightseeing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If I could, I'd give them 1000 stars. The breakfast has very good options with vegetarian alternatives. The mattress was really comfortable and in the room there's a small fridge and air conditioning, which keeps working even if you leave the room.

Poor wifi. Rooms are of different sizes even though 1 booked the same type, same price. I had to ask for a change to a bigger one. My room has got no hair dryer as the holder was broken. Got to ask from the staff. Same for kettle. Kettle looks horrible inside. Use at your own risk. No parking available.

Near to eateries. Especially Asian, middle eastern food.

Since the location is very convenient, it can feel quite busy at times.

The room was well decorated with everything we needed to feel comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet for the area. The location is excellent. It is near the train station as well as the main downtown square. No driving needed.

Location - Good for travelling and connections to train and airport plus short walks from markets and shops but was a little rough at night with casinos and clubs.

The location, whilst being close to the train station which was a bonus, was also in a street with clubs etc. It wasn’t loud for me, but maybe not exactly a family friendly location.

Great location, close to the main train station and maybe a 10-15 min walk to Marianplatz. Comfortable room, was perfect for an overnight stay.
