The Bed wasn't comfortabel. Too warm in the room.

The Hotel looks good, it's clean, the Room was big and the Stuff very friendly, but the Bed wasn't comfortabel. I didn't sleep very well. In the Room was very warm and with the opened Window was loud from outside. There was a Ventilator in the Room but with little Child I couldn't turn it on.

There is no elevator. We ( elderly women) had to drag our suitcases up the steps right in front of the man who checked us in. When we were almost to the top he asked if we needed help. We declined at this point. The rooms didn’t have air conditioning but that is normal for Germany. Just don’t stay there during the hot months

The hotel was nice and comfortable. The room are well maintained and clean too. The hotel is further form the city center as expected. The staff was really nice and helpful and speaking a perfect English. The breakfast offers a wide range of bread, cheese, cold cuts, fruits, dairy and cereals. I would certainly come back if I'm around the area. Only thing a bit off compared to the rest is that there wasn't anything to hold the shower head so you have to hold the shower head yourself while bathing. Maybe something that the hotel can easily add for a better confort.

Very comfy, calm, free parking spots around. Very nice breakfast, staff extremely friendly and helpful. As a one night stop on my way to Vienna, very conveniently located to highway exits/entries for a good night of rest. I will return there on my next trip, really liked it.

Would have liked to have a coffee machine or kettle to make a cup of coffee in the room.

Very easy to find free street parking right in front of the hotel. The room was a good size with big closet. We kept our Do Not Disturb sign up for 3 nights and got a little gift when we checked out as a thank you.

I take the room nearest one to reception and in somehow there was a noisy door in somewhere and could not sleep after 8am. Parking 5euro, closed parking 7euro.

The bed and pillow were very hard. Everyone is different and I prefer a soft pillow and mattress so it was an uncomfortable nights sleep which is a shame as its a lovely hotel and nice people. That's the reason for the lower score. I need sleep in a hotel and I couldn't get it.

Warm welcome from the lady working on reception and the breakfast staff in the morning. The hotel is in a quiet side street and a metro station is a 5 minute walk away, 10 minute ride away from the city centre. Clean accommodation, good breakfast selection, free parking on the streets outside unless you want to pay for parking in the hotel carpark. I really liked this hotel, I've just marked it lower due to the bed :-(

Communication with staff was very good. They provided easy entry to the hotel and room outside checking hours. Room was spacious and fridge was filled with variety of beverages. Quiet neighbourghoud.

The hotel is located in calm residential part of the town, subway station is about 200 meters and there is also bus station. Airport is 10 min away by car. Historical oldtown and Castle is not far away, about 20 minutes walk. You can park your car on the street for free, there are no parking zones yet or use paid hotel parking lot. Hotel is clean and staff friendly. Breakfest is standard continental. In my opinion this hotel has great price/value ratio. If you like jogging there is also nice park near by.

The rooms that I chose , first a double big room we had it was spacious enough, especially with the kids. Everything clean. It's just that the room seems to be old enough without restoration for a long time. So, I would recommend that they do some small restoration and repair the things that are too old already. The sink for example was with scratches. But iust say this wasn't the first we went there. We were there before in November 2023 I can see that on the 3d floor they already did some renovation. Our second room was on the 3d floor exactly the same that we had in November. So rooms are clean. In the night is quiet. The parking is just 5 euro. They have their parking lot, but it's not too big, so better call in advance and say that you need one. Breakfast 9.90 euro /person. Very good breakfast with all that you need. Fruits and vegetables. Lactose free milk etc. We are satisfied. And if we go again we will just choose the family suite because it's more new and we like also visually to see new and not old stuff. Recommend it with kids. The family suite if you choose ,you can choose the one we're there is an extra room were the door closes and there are two bunk beds.
