We stayed one night and had everything we needed. It was quiet and peaceful, a 30-minute walk to the center. Downstairs, there's a nice place to grab a delicious breakfast and a cup of coffee.

Super friendly owner and very uncomplicated communication and check-in/check-out. Very central with perfect access to public transportation and Großer Garten witghin walking distance. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy, bathroom and kitchen clean and have everything thats needed.

My entire experience was really positive. The owner is friendly and helpful and it's easy to contact him. The car park is in front of the building, no problem with finding a space. The apartment is comfortable and clean and its location is very good. I highly recommend that spot.

If we were staying longer than one night, there is no fully free parking as indicated in the offer - there is a short-term parking zone in front of the apartment from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., where you can leave your car for 2 hours free of charge with a blue parking sign.

Bright room, very comfortable bed, clean and stocked bathroom, elevator to the fourth floor, great communication with the host. Very close to bakeries and a tram stop from which you can quickly reach the center of the city if you don't want to walk 20 minutes. In my opinion one of the best places to stop!

The apartment is equipped with a kitchen and a washing machine, making it very convenient, and the location is excellent for getting around. Very nice room, which is fully equipped, clean and cosy. The landlord is really gentle and nice towards guests. Bathroom is not only clean in 100 percent, but also contains all stuff that you use for cleaning yourself, so you do not have to take it with you.

We rented a room in a three-bedroom apartment. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The location was great, close to the old town. The bathroom was nice, and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare breakfast. The host was very friendly, showed us the room, and explained everything.

It does have a shared bathroom with 2 other flats, but the price reflects this. The towels were small but the owner told me that he will buy some more immediately!

The owner is very friendly and accommodating, and he gave us a full tour of the facilities - the apartment is lovely and very clean and comfortable, and easily reachable with a tram stop, supermarket, pharmacy and bakeries right outside.

The owner is very friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and helped us when we had special needs. The room had a lot of space and everything was clean. A kitchen with all kinds of facilities, a laundry machine and big bathroom can be used. The location was perfect, as the Straßenbahn line to the Altstadt is directly in front of the door and pharmacy, cafe, food options, dm, flower store, supermarket etc. are directly next to the apartment.
