Bad level of traffic noise ,especially buses as there is a bus stop directly opposite .The stopping and starting was very noticable even from the fourth floor.NOTE I am a relatively light sleeper and am used to a quiet location so this would not affect everyone

Not generous, offered in the room only 2 of everything (sugar, coffee, tea), not allowing to use it more than once for a couple. Slippers you also need to ask to get. Pool was very cold! Not usable if you wanna enjoy it.

Room is clean and coffee machine is nice. Infra red cube and gym also cute.

I selected this hotel based on knowledge of the name, Best Western, you can be confident of what you get. Not here, no restaurant so we had a 20 minute walk to find somewhere to eat. Although there was a secure, controlled entry garage to park our bikes in, there was no direct access from the hotel which meant unloading the bike then riding round a block to park, same reversed in the morning. Breakfast the following morning, whilst excellent in quantity and quality, was served at the hotel next door. Too many things in different locations for my liking.

It was OK but not quite as expected from the Best Western Brand name The room was comfortable and well appointed and the reception was friendly and efficient, but that was it for me.

The only thing that upset me was the unstable temperature of the water in the shower; after adjusting it, it kept jumping from cold to hot, so I managed to get a burn on my stomach, which then bothered me until the evening, so next time I preferred the bath.

It was a delicious breakfast; the room had a coffee maker, coffee, tea, and cocoa.

A bit of a walk to the train but always a bike or bus option as well.

We had a great view with a map of the skyline. Clean comfortable bedding and access to the neighboring hotel was nice. Breakfast was good with lots of options.room was a great size as well

The reception was not working (seems that it is rather a long-term state) and the neighboring twin hotel Coutyard was serving the reception. If the room had a carpet instead of tiled flooring would make it more comfortable and cozy.

Stayed here for several times already, predictable quality, really clean, comfortable bed, everything you need for an overnight stay during a business trip.

Very odd arraignment in checking in. Have to go to Marriot hotel next door to check in. Advised by receptionist that restaurant closed at 10pm but when got there post 9m last orders were at 9pm and only pizza was available.

The beds were too short and too easy to displace. A water dispenser would have been very nice considering that the room service is not regular because of Covid.

The rooms had a good size. It was all clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Was noisy at times out side ,people dragging stuff, didn't like the fact I was facing the courtyard. For 9 days, Had to keep my windows closed & drapes because people can look inn ,uncomfortable situation. Also the shower is very dangerous, for older people specifically. We are at our 60s.

Front desk staff was great & helpful at the court yard Marriott. 👍
