Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We booked this hotel as one night stop-off on a long drive. It was easy to access from the autobahn with parking on site and had excellent facilities including a very good restaurant. The latter was very important as we did not want to use the car after a long drive to go out to a restaurant. Comfortable clean rooms with ensuite. Very good breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

Room was very cold, not so many options at the restaurant. the breakfast didn't have so many options and portions were small.
Facilities look good, they have gym and sauna. Restaurant is fine.

We use this hotel every year on our drive over to Bulgaria. The underground parking is very good and keeps our belongings safe that we leave in the car. The hotel has a lovely little gym and the rooms are very comfortable.

Secure parking in underground garage for only 5eur, very convenient location with respect to A3 Autobahn. Quiet and comfortable room for a fair price.

When check-in, i tell the hotel will stay for 3 nights although the booking order shows for 4 night, they said no problem, and i paid for 3 nights at the reception in advance. but when check out on the 3rd day, the hotel ask for pay for 4 nights due to the booking order still shows 4 nights. They said can do nothing unless i amend the order via booking.com. and booking.com customers service seems to be a empty department, no one reply in hours which makes me helpless.
The breakfast is tasted and the waiters very enthusiastic. I like them and have good mood the beginning of the day.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located in a calm area. The breakfast in the restaurant was well prepared and contained everything a person could wish for. The staff was welcoming and professional.

Cost of breakfast seems a bit high. We didn't have it.

Receptionist in the morning when i was taking my dogs out for a walk, spoke to me in German, I asked her if she could speak English as I only speak a little German, she told me I should not be in this larger room, the night manager made a mistake the day before for putting us in this room, she also did this to another English couple (my Partner overheard this), when I came back with my dogs the room key would not work, I went down to reception 3 times to have it re-programmed, it did not work, i suspect she may have done this on purpose to annoy me, well it worked. I had to pack my car, take my dogs out of the room (I could not leave them in the room, in case we couldn't get back in) and tie them up outside and then go to breakfast, I was so angry I couldn't eat which was such a shame as all other staff and the breakfast are very good, this one lady ruined my stay and we will not come back, she is a disgrace and should not be in a customer service role.
Room was larger than the one we had last year when we stayed, ideal as we have 2 dogs
