The location wasn’t ideal, most of the city center is more than a 10-minute walk away.

The room was comfortable and quiet, and the lighting throughout the hotel was excellent. Parking right in front of the hotel was very convenient.

Room not good at all: Terrible smell both in the room and the bathroom. There is a hot water pipe running through the bathroom or it is above the kitchen because it was very hot, the stove was very hot. Very small room. The air conditioning cannot be adjusted.

A non dairy milk option was not available. There is apparently a lactose free option available, but my daughter is specifically dairy intolerant, so an oat or soya milk option would have been appreciated

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and all spoke English, which was helpful for us linguistically challenged Brits! The hotel is located within a couple of minutes of the river and convenient for the town centre markets and restaurants. We were lucky enough to get one of the few free parking spa es in front of the hotel, although there is apparently pay as you go parking facility next door at €15pd. We arrived a bit earlier at 2pm and the rooms were ready and we were cheerfully check in early by the helpful and friendly lady on the front desk.

One thing in particular I didn't like is that we are waiting until 15. 00 o'clock to enter a room arriving in Wurzburg at about 7. 00 a.m. bearing in mind that we needed to leave the room on our last day at 11.00 a.m. So the gap is a way too long because in 4 hours you should finish long time before, so my suggestion would be definitely to shorten the time for guests to enter a room especially travelers. And sorry to say very strange that there is no kettle in the room.

I like cleaninnes above everything and a room is quite large with simple but nice bathroom. All in all happy with some reasonable suggestions

Very close to the centre of town. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Unfortunately the hotel has a very tiny car park but there is a public parking next to the hotel. You can scan a bar code you are given at the front desk to get a discount. The room is clean and comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was that the double bed, which was made up of two single mattresses.

I think this is the first time I can say that a hotel has exceeded my expectations. To be honest, I didn't expect much. But the room was spacious, everything was modern and the sound insulation was superb. There was even an air conditioner!

I got a room at the end of the hall and the WiFi was very weak. But it still worked most of the time.

Nice old hotel in the center, easy walk to major sites, room was small but comfortable and had everything i needed. Easy stay, no problems. I would be happy to return.
