Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesVery good location for walking to sites and restaurants. Simple small rooms, but beds comfy, very clean, plenty of hot water for showers. Trying to find the place was a little confusing as our GPS kept sending us one street off. People on the street were great and told us where to go. We also figured out the parking just as the owner was replying and that worked out well (short walk from town) and just 15 Euros for 24 hours parking, quite fair.

United StatesThere wasn't staff on site, and we called using the phone outside of the hotel. They took maybe 10-15 minutes to come, but once they did, he was very nice and helpful.
The guest house was right in the center of town, and it was "klein, aber fine". The staff was nice, and the rooms were clean. The shower was warm and the bed was comfy.

Location is in the city centre, close to the shops. The room has two large beds and 3 windows. As well as nice bedside lights.

Location is just 5 min walk from bahnhof, and easy to get to anywhere. Netto & Rewe is just 5 min walk. Our room has its own bathroom and large bed. Very clean.

United KingdomWe booked because there was the option for breakfast and parking - it had neither. They couldn’t provide breakfast due to staffing issues and parking isn’t on site - you can pay to use a ticket for the local car park but this wasn’t working during our stay. We ended up getting a parking fine which they did agree to pay. The people who run it have a number of other businesses so aren’t around much though are contactable. Another thing that wasn’t great is that the smoke alarm appeared to have been removed.
