The location is ideal for all of the main central attractions. The apartment was clean and spacious. The laundry facility was great for us - all paid and started through an app.

Perfect place for discovering of the inner city of Hamburg. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, cleanliness. Rich breakfast and hospitality. Limited parking area

The room was very spacious and clean, and the kitchen had everything one might need if intending to cook. The location is very central and most things are within walking distance, most importantly the train to the airport.

You can hear ringing from the church, but it doesn't disturb sleep.

Very comfortable and clean room with kitchen facilities, lift and air con. Bonus laundry facilities in the building. Walking distance to all sites, train station and restaurants.

Except one of the front desk staff when he was asked by my son to have towels he implied on funny way that towels should not be requested only after one week not after two days of arrival.

Fairly well-equipped kitchen, nothing extraordinary, but enough. The knives were blunt, though, and the frying pan a bit worn. But it was manageable.

We lived in hotel apartment. Good that there was a freezer compartment in the fridge. Beds were good.

The only thing I didn't like were the soap and shampoos provided. They smelled absolutely awful and entirely too strong, I ended up buying my own soap to use in the washroom.

Great central location. Very nice staff, umbrellas provided on a rainy day. The room was clean, there were cutlery and pans in the kitchen too.

The mattresses were very hard, which made the sleeping experience a bit less comfortable than we had hoped.

Modern hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms and a perfect location for exploring the city on foot. We especially appreciated the free coffee and water available downstairs, regardless of whether breakfast was booked.

Massive room. Complimentary coffee whenever you want it. Easy access to train stations. Great view of the cathedral next door. Couldn’t hear any of the traffic despite it being on a main road

The reception staff were very helpful, parking was secure, beds and whole room was comfortable, had everything we needed. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to see and the Dom which Our kids enjoyed.

The internet provided is 'open', i.e., not safe enough. Did not use. They should change immediately to a safer solution.

The location is unbeatable. Very clean room. Helpful staff.

What's not to like!!??

Fabulous hotel, great welcome, complimentary drink on arrival with pastries and a notebook and pen! Room was excellent. If you need a kitchen on your travels it was really well stocked too. Unlimited tea, coffee and water from the restaurant area too. Well worth the money.

Nothing. Maybe a bit pricey, but it was IRONMAN weekend so everything was overpriced. You do save a lot of money if you cook in the apartment so it was a fair price in the end.

We had a nice apartment with two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. It was on the 6th floor with a view over the city . Walking distance from city center and harbour. Close to supermarket.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, centrally, you can easily even on foot, reach the tourist market and the train station.
