The private parking space is quite limited and was fully booked when I arrived. The staff offered me an alternative, but it's also possible to find public parking spots on the nearby streets. Also, the fridge was quite loud so I had to turn it off.

The aparthotel was perfectly located, in the calm area, very close to the Charlottenburg train station. I also enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped room, as well as having coffee and tea included in the price.

The bath/ shower was very slippery and difficult to get out of. A rubber safety mat should have been provided.

It was great. Very confy beds, lots of space, clean, friendly staff, all you need in the room. Appreciated the free water (sparkly and not). Great value for money. I will stay here again if ever back in Berlin.

We stayed in a studio apartment with some kitchen facilities for 8 nights. This was a great apartment for this length of stay and allowed us to self cater. There was no washing machine in the room, however the laundry facilities are in the building and secured with room keys so it was safe to leave the washing and return. The system did require booking a machine etc. so had to be little more organised with our timing, although we never had difficulty accessing a machine. The kitchen had sufficient utensils and cooking pans etc for our needs. There is a grocery store within about 10mins walking distance. Plenty of options for public transport and there was lots of it, we rarely had to wait long for a bus or train. 24 hour reception and we found the staff all very helpful. The neighbourhood is high end retail and restaurants, but this accommodation is not a 5 star luxury hotel, it was much more affordable and more than met our needs.

The rooms were beautifully designed. the place gives comfort, privacy, assistance and convenience. There is a washing machine that we can use, there's a kitchenette in every room, the coffee/tea/hit chocolate is available for 24 hours in the dining area and the staff was extremely supportive.

Nothing to say. One of the finest stay I have experienced in the last decade.

Everything was fine. In a luxury district such a well equipped hotel was a real find. My top 5: - Free water supply (aerated, still, cold) at the lobby. - Very fast lifts. - Selection of really comfortable pillows. - Lovely kitchen in the room. - Troubleless wi-fi.

It was not written anywhere when I did the booking that the parking needs to be paid extra. Found about that at the property. Additionally, there is no guarantee that you will get a spot - the parking is very small, and also really tricky to get into as you need to take a lift with your car. Overall very confusing and misleading.

The rooms were very nice. The staff was also polite.

Just nitpicking, maybe just one large blanket for two persons is not comfortable. And one person has no lamp for reading book.

Modern room, nice design, good bed, kitchen with all equipment. Functional air condition, nice view through windows which you can actually open.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel is beautiful and very well equiped. We stayed as a family of four in big apartment and we had everything we needed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful neighborhood with various bus, U-Bahn and S-Bahn lines within 10 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and bakeries around as well as a grocery store. Very nice amenities and friendly staff.

I didn t like that I did not know how to switch on the kitchen light, but the very friendly guy from the reception went up with me to explain (a little explainer during check-in would have done the job)

In principle I liked everything in the room, the wand decoration and the colours were a bit strange (for my taste), but it was all very good in total

We could have had some long-life milk in little cartons. English people tend to drink tea rather than coffee first thing in the morning.

We were there for 5 nights and there was no room cleaning nor towel changing included (They charge around 10 Euro extra if you want that service).

Confortable room with spacious bathroom and a functional little kitchen. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great location near Ku-Damm.
