Was a problem with parking because I expected car park in the hotel or by the hotel but receptionist said there is an option to park my car 700m from the hotel for 15 eur/per day. There is no parking in the hotel. Room was clean but beds and furniture are old.

What was shown in the picture wasn't what we got exactly: - we didn't have a view of the church - the bathroom had a place where it was covered with duct tape for repairs - the bathroom wasn't the same exactly as in the picture - the furniture in the room was also not exactly as from the picture (we didn't have couches, but two cushionless chairs) - when we checked in the receptionist just said "wait" to do something else briefly in an unfriendly manner

Location to the city was good. Just around the corner were multiple restaurants.

The photos absolutely did not match what we booked, they are very misleading on the website. Our room was basically in the reception and the staff/cleaners had no etiquette in keep quite in the mornings (or not smoking in our windows). There is no A/C and they do not provide a fan. They also do not provide a fridge or safe in the room.

It was a relatively central location and our room had lots of space for the three of us. Nice Turkish food nearby.

In the description was mention that the hotel has parking zone and when we arrived they said they dont and we had to go in a paid parking zone 10mins walking away from hotel.

In the roon was clean, bathroom was ok, and the location is great, 10mins of walking up to Dom.

everything in room needs to upgrade. we got a room with a sad small monitor tv, pillows were empty/ not soft and we got two single blankets when we ordered for 1 double bed room. the room is spacious though but furniture could use refreshing.

It’s an OK hotel, we were a group and booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. Beds and pillows need serious updating, not comfortable at all. Rooms were spacious but looked a bit dated. the hotel offers parking in a roofed area out front of the property, so that’s pretty handy. location is central, and quite good.

The bathroom smelled so bad. So bad that we kept the door closed and held our breath when entering. Fine for a day but it really took away from the comfort of our stay.

Breakfast is very basic. Should use a coffee machine ( Fresh or Capsules ) at a price for 12.90 Euro. Their filter coffee is poor ( too strong, bitter )

Single rooms very small. I asked for a king bed after arrival and they give me another room 4x the size of the first one. Staff friendly .

Parking is not for free (15€/day) and if you would like to park around the hotel is really difficult. When we arrived and tried to enter our room, we found out that the lock was broken and we had to wait to get a new room.

Despite the fact that it is a 15 min walk from the cathedral, it is through pedestrian areas with a lot of people. Very nice breakfast. Kind staff.

We arrived tired in the e d of the day from our trip. The person at the reception desk immediately told us that our reservation had been partially cancelled. I went back 10 mins later after checkin with the documents to confirm that I had received the confirmation and payed for the Weekend . He was not friendly, took a long time to check the documents and only showed me a piece of paper almost yelling. I understand that mistakes happen, but politeness and cordiality first!

the appearance of the room in general is not that appealing, the cleaning in the bathroom was so so ( I found hairs from previous guests in the shower area) Walls are not too isolated, you can easily hear anyone arriving or leaving other rooms at at time for example.
