Breakfast was significantly overpriced for what was provided--14.90 euros per person for a series of cold foods. No cooked food like scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, etc. The breakfast would be fine if simply included in the price. The parking is a bit tricky. You have to drive onto a small lift, not suitable for anything bigger than a sedan. My 9-year-old says the room was a little small for a family and TV didn't have netflix or kid-friendly channels/apps. My 12-year-old says that at the time of our stay there was quite a bit of outside noise such as drilling and such.

Super friendly and kind staff - arrived early hoping to just store our luggage but they went to effort to check a room is ready and let us check in early, assisted with parking our bikes in the on site garage. Room itself was clean and spacious with a large bathroom and hall for luggage storage. Also have snack and beverage options open for purchase 24/7 in the reception, perfect for any late night needs. Very close to the main town centre and very easy to walk everywhere. Also had a small desk fan which is great to help the fresh evening air come in during summer.

Rooms too hot with only a fan. But if opened the window street noise disturbs sleep! I believe air conditioning is being installed this summer. Then this hotel will be 10/10

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and personable. The hotel went out of their way to ensure that my stay was pleasant. The breakfast was great. They asked if l had any special requests, and they delivered a fabulous vegan breakfast for me from day one. I was also able to get a kettle and little fridge for my room for the duration of my stay. The room was comfortable with a large bathroom. The hotel was also very centrally located, and l was able to walk to where l needed to get to. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Parking is currently unavailable, (due to roadworks immediately outside, no fault if the hotel), however they do offer a space around the corner in an underground car park. A map to find it would have been useful. You pay a returnable deposit of €50 and receive a plastic card to get into the car park. A €10 charge is then made per day to the hotel when checking out.

A bit warm in the room with no A/C

Reception staff really helpful, especially with getting Volvo estate car into the car lift with an inch to spare. Good communication prior to check in. Breakfast very good food and service. Fair selection of snacks and beverages in the vending fridge which operated on a trust basis. Location excellent to explore the city.

No information on how to access the hotel or parking was provided in advance. We had a nightmare spending nearly an hour driving around the area, trying to figure out how to get to the hotel between the pedestrian areas and the construction blocking of one end of the street. Google Maps was dead wrong. The lady on the phone tried to be helpful during our three phone calls, but was very limited in how she described accessing the place. I'm fluent in German and struggled to understand her instructions -- can't imagine how frustrating it would have been if I had only spoken English. About 20 minutes after we finally arrived (having parked at a random parking garage 400m away and walked with our young children and suitcases), we received an email with extremely helpful information about how to find the hotel, including the highly relevant tip to "ignore Google Maps". The instructions would have been so helpful if we had received them in advance! In the middle of the night, a loud beeping sound from the front desk woke us up and persisted for nearly an hour. We called the overnight contact number at the unmanned front desk and the beeping stopped about half an hour later. We had jetlag and struggled to get back to sleep after being awakened. The hotel was comfortable, the staff was nice but the mess with the parking and the middle of the night interruption made for a far less than ideal experience.

The room was comfortable and met our needs for our one- night stay. The location was excellent for walking around town.

Directly across the entrance to Juliusspital Hospital, which was vital due to an emergent injury. Location is also perfect and adjacent to the city center. Pricing, awesome and helpful staff, location, convience, OMG, they were a life saver following necessity for a 4 days stay. Didn't care about the small room or only German TV. You get a room at a great price and perfect location. Breakfast and price are incredible. Very satisfied.
