Old/outdated aspect of the room (furniture, doors, aspcet in general). Relatively small room.and bathroom. Very noisy fridge or lack of fridge in one room. Bad pillows. Limited and very tight parking spaces.

The location, very good breakfast, comfortable beds, good beflights, storage space ok, quiet, clean, easy to find (using navigating systems).

Great location adjacent to town square. Very nice breakfast. Walkable to a couple of cafes, and a number of shops. Only staff I encountered other than breakfast was front desk and she was helpful and had very good English. They have parking, but just for small cars. A 24hr town parking garage is not too far away if needed. The hotel is tucked away on an odd corner with a one-way dead-end approach by car, so you might have a little trouble finding it and unloading, but it turned out not to be too much of a problem. Clean, good-sized room and bath, efficient staff, good breakfast and good location. Nice to have a little balcony off the room, even though it looked out towards other buildings, it was nice to have. I did not mind driving to zoo, gardens and spa. I liked the town square location.

Great breakfast. Large room. Especially lovely bathroom. The manager went out of her way to organise our washing and to make recommendations for places to visit in the area. Great location for cafes and restaurants.

We booked 2 rooms, but one of them has no refrigerator.

It's my 2nd time staying at this hotel. We will always be back. Good Location, in the middle of the city, so every places is walking distance. Sparkling clean and comfortable beds. Very warming and helpful staffs, nice breakfast.

Rooms are a bit tight, but one can't change the architecture that easy :)

We stayed during Easter where everything in the city was closed. Thanks to Ms. Moldavor for her guest oriented attitude. Providing safe space for our bicycles, mentioning the sauna (though we didn't use and opted for the therme), not minding staying a little bir longer so that we could enjoy our drinks at the hotel bar.

Location was perfect, parking garage underneath was secure and easy to use. All staff and manager were really helpful, Sibylle Moldaner, I assume the manager / owner, was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much of a problem. (Her English was very good and answered all, of our questions). Room was spacious and clean.. Breakfast was plentiful and eggs freshly cooked to order.

Staff lies and unfriendly welcome...we asked for a late check out (at a surcharge) and they told us not feasible due to being fully booked the day after.... however this was not true and I highlighted that I could easily book room for the following day so it was not true that they were fully booked...then staff simply replied that I could pay two nights but late check out was not an option. We ended paying for 2 nights but left at 18.00 our room. It was a matter of principle and not money.. we dislike the attitude and the lies.
