Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

I liked everything. Only our stay was too short. We definitely come back to this hotel. The city is small but if you want to explore the most beautiful nature of Germany the hotel is not far from several options and interesting places.
This was one of the mist memorable hotel we stayed in. The staff of the hotel are really friendly and respect all the guests in a good way. The parking is very clean and gives a very good access to the reception area and the price for the parking is reasonable.

The location is very well situated with all locations near by and the staff was very friendly. Parking is with the hotel and is nice. Breakfast is basic but ticks all boxes. Complimentary coffee station and behaviour of the staff were the major highlights for me.

Room a bit bleak (dark). Head house-keeper was putting down one of her workers in public saying how slow she is, comparing her to somebody else. Unprofessional doing that in front of guests. Our room which she had made was perfect - i felt very sorry for the young girl, who was working so hard every time I passed her

It was well appointed in the middle of the town with a very convenient adjoining, under cover car park charged at a reasonable price. It was possible to walk from the car park through a corridor to reception. The room was spacious with coffee machine , fridge and a good shower. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of local specialities. The staff were friendly and efficient and finally I can’t praise the owner high enough for helping us obtain an emissions sticker for our car to enable us to continue our journey more easily.

The wifi was not very fast and stable, and the room's audio system had no instructions and essentially did not work with bluetooth despite having the signs on that.
Very clean hotel with perfect staff, breakfast and location. Walking distance to restaurants and other stuff, parking is possible on the street, no need to use the hotel parking overnight. Ive also had a free upgrade upon arrival to a very spacious studio-like room.

Every thing exceeded our expectations.
Modern property decorated beautifully. Rooms spacious and spotless. Breakfast was delicious with wonderful selection of hot and cold to choose from. Conor and Linda are a breath of fresh air. So warm, friendly and knowledgeable. The only place I will stay on my future visits.

The welcome feeling that you get when you enter the hotel. Especially ALL the staff are very approachable and nothing is ever to much to ask them.
