No ventilation in the bathroom, so our towels and clothes struggled to dry.

We loved the parking being available even before we checked in and after check out and the very convenient location to the Park entrance. The room was great with both a mini fridge and a tea pot. Also nice to have a little table to sit at together. The beds were super comfortable and the air conditioning was appreciated especially since it was warm, rainy and damp during our visit. Breakfast was delicious and early enough to head to the park for opening time. The restaurant was also great. We made one reservation to eat there during our stay and the food was great.

There was only one air-conditioning unit located in the main space, so bedroom would not get cooled if door is closed. Everything in town closes by 11pm, and there are no stores or restaurants open after that. We had to get pizza from a 24 hour vending machine located few blocks away. There's no vending machine for drinks at the hotel.

Rustic hotel few minutes walk to Europa Park. We had a suite with 1 bedroom with double bed that had individual mattresses, a sofa bed and a bunk bed in the living room. Upper bunk was lifted up and locked away with key which was not provided. There was a small balcony overlooking the street. Toilet and shower rooms were separate. Nice buffet breakfast was included downstairs with dedicated seating for our room. Parking spot is available across the street. Rooms are unlocked by key code emailed prior to arrival, so no physical key is required for entry.

We stayed during a heatwave and only 1 of the apartment's 2 bedrooms have aircon. Overall we managed to keep the apartment cool with keeping the shutters closed and the connecting doors open.

Perfect for sharing with friends, we got 2 apartments and fit 8 people comfortably, which is hard to do in Rust - most guest houses cater to families and couples. The location is unbeatable! The decor is fun and feels themed like part of the park, and it makes it feel a bit more up-market for the reasonable price. Its extremely handy that there's a restaurant, and the breakfast was great.

Reception not always open, so upon returning to the hotel after all day in the park to collect our luggage, it took some time to get someone to open the office where we left it. Not a huge issue but we should have just left it in the car.

Comfortable and quiet room, free parking, great Italian restaurant for dinner, good breakfast and very close walk (5 minutes) to Europapark entrance. Staff very friendly.

It would be good to have the emergency number as a WhatsApp number/contact to make it easier for international travelers using data only on their trip. Would also be nice to be able to make hot drinks in the room.

The location is perfect! 15 min walk to Ruluntica and 5 mins to Europa Parc. The staff is friendly and accommodating. At breakfast you have many choices. They will even make you a special coffee if you ask. For dinner the hotel is busy so be sure to make a reservation. The food is tasty and affordable. Second stay will! stay again

Beautiful hotel with warm, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Rosaria at breakfast and Mariana at dinner. Thanks for making this a great stay for me and my family :) We had dinner at the hotel’s Italian restaurant almost every day and it was always very tasty. The hotel was a short walking distance to Europa park.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was nicely decorated, clean, and tidy. The family who runs the hotel and the staff were amazing, making us feel welcome and cared for. Actually we felt like home. The breakfast was delicious with quality Italian coffee. We highly recommend this hotel.

The one and only problem were that There weren't any Cooking utensils like pots, pans and even plates so we couldn't cooke and eat in the room.
