No safe. Whilst the location is good for travelling to landmarks in the area, there is not much to do around the actual hotel

It was a comfortable room with tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast options were good. We also ate in the hotel in the evening on two occasions and enjoyed our meals. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The restaurant offer could be a little more inclusive for dietary restrictions.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Very clean, nice view, easy parking right on the property. Great accessibility to the Neuschwannstein castle and lakes and a quiet area.

Great buffet breakfast in the morning. I also noticed that this place was a restaurant- thus you could go and grab meals during the day-time if you liked. Room was pleasant- comfortable beds, clean/hot showers. I also found it very close to lots of tourist destinations including Neuschwanstein Castle and Fussen. It was also very quiet at night-time/easy to go to sleep.

We had a great room with a terrace and a view of the mountains and...Neuschwanstein Castle (it was far away but zooming in on the phone allowed me to see it). Clean room, very good breakfasts with a wide selection. Friendly service. Thanks to the kindness of the receptionist, we were able to check in an hour earlier, so we still had time to buy tickets for the castle and visit it. I highly recommend it.

We liked everything. But we can give some recommendations for new input. The rastplats for the dogs, could have a fence around it. At last near the "nightdoor"...In the night it would be nice, when the dog want to walk around. The balconies are very good and nice to have.. a real PLUS! And they are beside each other... they have fences between each other.. BUT: small dogs can run away under them.. but the owner not :-) my dogs came back so I did not have to push the "emergency-button" ;-) COULD BE BUILT WITH AN EXTRA ADDED NET OR SOMETHING NEAR THE FLOOR. Then perfekt.

Restaurant isn't open on Mondays and Tuesdays... so we couldn't have neither lunch nor dinner, only breakfast, which was nice. There was no much soap left to wash hands in the room but for the shower there was enough.

A very confortable room for one night and a good breakfast. Casa Maria is 10 minutes away from Neuschwanstein Castle and the whole area is very beautiful. The room had a small terrace which was nice as well.

Beautiful property, we managed to book last minute on our travels and all the staff were very accommodating! From the lady behind the front desk when we arrived to the gentleman that was there before we departed, and the gentleman that served us during breakfast, all either spoke amazingly good English and were very polite or were just very helpful in general!

The staff was very friendly, supportive. Room was clean, bed was comfy and they were super nice with the dogs. Breakfast was good and the location is perfect! The italian restaurant is very good, we ate a perfect pizza there.

The shower head was leaky, and the bath exhaust fitting seemed haphazardly fitted. Since we stayed for one night, it didn't matter much.

The location of Casa Maria was fabulous, across the bus stop, and situated very conveniently close to hiking and bike routes that overlooked a mountain range and lush green Bayern landscape. The room was quiet, nice, bright, clean, and smelt nice and had a beautiful view. The restaurant was very convenient and served delicious Italian fare and wine for dinner. A nice breakfast buffet spread was included in my booking, so was very convenient.
