Windows looked out on stone wall. Kitchen closes early.

Beautiful location across from church with views of the old church and castle. Food was very good. Room was a little odd with support beams in the center of the room. But the bathroom was huge. Loved the view from the small deck.

Wifi doesn't work. Tho the staff says it does.no it doesn't. Given 2 small packets of shower soap creme though there was 2 of us and we stayed 2 days. We ran out of soap and there was no staff arounf after 6-7 pm . It's amazing that they were stingy on soap. No coffee tea making facilities. Irregular closing hours of the restaurant n lobby. On Sat they closed at 830pm.. on Sunday closed ard 630 pm. Front doors are locked so you have to access the hotel from the back door from an alley. But it is safe. These soap supplies are important because Bacharach doesn't have convenience stores . 1 small supermarket is only open weekdays. Overall poor service for a hotel that has great potential. We wanted to eat dinner there on Sunday but restaurant closed by 7 pm to our surprise . Opening hours should be clearly made to hotel guests. Small Town with little usual amenities. It is important that hotel provide them like soap and coffee making facilities. Won't stay again. Better options for 10 euros more I think.

Nice beautiful clean room good size , bathroom good size showers and clean toilet. Need to climb stairs. .great location in center of town. Bed n pillows blankets adequate.car park available and supposed to be free but we were charged 4 euros . Which is fine but website said free car park available.car park is located just outside town about 10 min walk. Quiet quiet town so sleep is ok. There is a safe in the room.

The room was a little tight for four people with luggage. The door lock was old and tricky to use.

The breakfast was excellent. The beds were roomy and very comfortable for a tall family of four. The water pressure was great. The staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful.

Early breakfast (before 8:30am) was a problem. Thankfully, we didn't pay for it in advance and there was a bakery down the street. So....it all worked out. We would stay there again.

Small hotel. Rooms basic but large and clean. No air con so may be hot in summer. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. In the heart of Bacharach so great for wanderingto bars and restaurants.

Dusty in some area of the room, dusted fridge, tv table wobbly. Small furniture can use a new set. Dusty chairs and tables. No shampoo, soap. I had to bring my own. To cup in the bathroom, no wastebasket in bedroom. No new towels and I had to ask for a new set. Bathroom is quite quirky, shower drain backs up but stag fixed it.

Perfect location, walk from train and walk to main area. Big bathroom, large size room for solo traveler. Nice to have balcon.

There was nothing wrong with the place. It was just a simple place to stay. I think what we enjoyed at other places we stayed in Germany was more personality and culture in decor.

It was very hot when we stayed and there was no ventilation because the room was walled in outside of the windows, however the staff made sure we had a fan the second night making the room much more comfortable.
