Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The rooms and the hotel were clean and well- maintained. The staff was very helpful. Since we were new to the city, the receptionist provided very valuable travel tips such that I could make the best use of my time in Cologne. The restaurant staff that managed breakfast were also helpful.

United KingdomNot in the nicest part of Cologne but convenient for the motorways and the nicer bits are not far away. The hotel itself, however, is really good. It's comfortable and the restaurant is of a good standard, though I'd also recommend the Indian just down the road too. The rooms are quiet and insulated from any traffic noise. The staff are great, they're approachable and helpful. Parking garage is a bit pricey but convenient and easy to access.

The hotel is great but the location is not close to the city center. You need to use metro or tram to get there. Breakfast was lovely. The room is good, doesn't have a minibar(fridge) though. Complimentary water was provided.

NetherlandsThe neighbourhood of the hotel is not that great (not very pretty), but close enough to the city center 25-30min by public transport. When we arrived their was no parking space available anymore in the underground garage of the hotel so we had to find a spot in the street (free street parking).
Good hotel, clean and good service. Rooms are very functional and quiet big. The breakfast was great, lots to choose from, more than you'll be able to eat! The staff of the hotel and the restaurant was also very friendly and welcoming.
