Great location with sauna & pool! Nice breakfasts too! Everyone was very nice to us and helpful. Clean, simple room with nice bathroom & shower. We really enjoyed our stay.

Central Location and most helpful staff, breakfast can be taken on a lovely terrace area ! Very easy access to spacious public parking literally round the corner.

Bacon was a bit to crispy Air con would a benefit but I realise this is very expensive

Not soundproof enough

The hotel is in a great location so we could reach everything by foot other than the rally grounds but there's the bus stop a minute away that will take you straight there! The staff were all super friendly, they pointed out interesting things to visit and enabled us to check in late and even looked after our cases for our last day after checkout. I can't recommend this hotel enough; location excellent, breakfast was perfect with plenty to choose from, the rooms were lovely and absolutely spotless. And there's a lift so no struggling with cases and spot on for my 73yr old mum too!

The location of the hotel, its cleanliness, comfort and the staff's interest were great. Thank you for everything. Especially in the evenings, the quiet street is perfect for walking and finding peace.

It would be better if the little garden was open in the evenings and also a machine where we can get tea or coffee.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, easy to get around, and close to everything I needed. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. What stood out most was the staff: very polite, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. I also appreciated the breakfast selection—especially the gluten-free bread option, which isn’t always easy to find. Overall, a reliable and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend it.

The elevator was a plus when traveling as a senior. Staff was friendly. Breakfast delicious.

Unfortunately the front desk is not open or reachable all day long. It was not explained that if you want your room cleaned you must let them know the night before. We arranged for their taxi driver to pick us up at 4am to catch our early morning flight and he never showed up! No way to reach anyone at that time of the morning and this place is on a non-busy out-of-the way street in old town. Not happy about that arrangement and my cell phone service was no help.

The location was amazing, very close to the central market. The staff was probably the most friendly I have encountered in 40 years of travel! Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Will definitely repeat again in the future.

There was only one issue, a broken shower handle. Took a bath instead, not a big deal.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location is very good if visiting the Christmas Markets.

Early check-in wasn’t available, and luggage was stored in what seemed like a public café area rather than a secure space. The room was hot at night, requiring the window to be left open to cool down. This added to the significant noise from drunken smokers outside the neighbouring bar, which lasted until the early hours of the morning.
