Hotel was lovely, there was no staff there, had to call for a pass code to get our keys, and let ourselves in. Rooms were good and had a fan as it was very warm. Although pictures of the hotel show food, et there is no restaurant or bar. Only operates in the morning for breakfast. Location is good and is 5 minutes walk to bars znd restaurants so there was problem. Just an empty hotel.

There seemed to be some banging noise above the room during the night and very early Sunday morning. We weren't sure if there was another suit up there or if it was hotel storage, but maybe something to be aware of if there are guests staying in these rooms, paying 200euros for one night.

The room was absolutely beautiful, nice and big and spacious. Large sofa area, with a small table and TV and desk. The bathroom was big and had the main items that you would need. However, there wasn't a shower cap - but the shower head was adjustable so that didn't matter too much. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and served until a really late time which was great! Lots to choose from.

We stay each year, it is central for where we need. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean (they are a little dated) but this reflects in the price. The main village is in walking distance with good restaurants and pubs. We will come again next year.

breakfast is of course available, I just missed the restaurant with dinner in the evening but it will not prevent from booking at Burg Wegberg.

The place and the hotel is beautiful, very picturesque and quiet. It is just a pity that the restaurant is closed, it used to be very good. The room was huge, very clean and comfy. Great value for the money.

We have stayed here before and again was not disappointed, the staff are very helpful and the hotel clean. Breakfast had a good selection for everyone’s taste. We will always return to this hotel.

Apparently no staff on site overnight. Pity they have had to close restaurant but quite common these days sadly. However, only notified of this near date of our arrival.

There was a resturant and bar in the hotel but these were not available for lunch or dinner which was disappointing. Not all the staff spoke English which was interesting when we couldn't use our room key! However our biggest concern was the fact there was not any staff on site from early afternoon, this did raise concerns with us when we were trying to locate someone due to a minor instant and no-one was in the hotel, there was a mobile number on the main door, to ring in an emergency however our issue was, what would happen in the case of a fire or other emergency. No Wellness facilities

Hotel was very pretty but could do with some modernisation. Room was huge with fridge and coffee making facilities, satellite TV was all in Germany. In the summer you would need a fan as the room was very warm. Location was good for our needs. Hotel was 10 mins from the town square, where there was a choice of a Greek, Italian restaurant and a German bistro. Good choice at breakfast. There was a vending machine near room 114 which had sweet snacks and soft drinks and beer in it. Parking on site

The only point I didn’t like was the room looks to a wall , there is zero view to anything else ( Room No. 112 ) . Breakfast was mediocre for such nice hotel .

The room was large and very comfortable as was the bed. Sitting area in the room and access to an honesty bar was much appreciatedas I was nursing a broken foot. Breakfast was extraordinarily good at the weekend even offering sect! Weekday was still exceptional and the service was superb throughout even when we appeared to be the only guests by Monday morning. Although the onsite restaurant was closed there are very good eateries in the town centre only a 5 minute walk away.

Access for disabled persons. Reception can only be reached by multiple steps. Access for disabled people is around the back of the hotel via the dining area. Only to be faced with yet more steps. I had requested an "Accessibility Room", and we were given a very nice ground floor room in a block in the grounds. There is no way that this could be described as suitable for people with limited mobility. The shower is an "over bath" one that entails a step of around 2-3 feet to get into. There is no way (that I could see) that someone in a wheelchair, or with limited mobility could access the reception and main part of the hotel. There is no Bar or Restaurant. Finally, live music until past 01:30 was NOT appreciated. Sorry to sound so negative, but that's the way I felt about our stay.

Breakfast was good, but there again at18 Euro's it should be. Location and surrounding grounds were nice. Room size was excellent. More than adequate parking. Lovely to see the European Beavers outside our window.
