The one way system in the centre of Luneberg and pedestrian areas didn't make it particularly easy to navigate to the hotel. Make sure that your sat nav has been updated recently.

Great location next to the centre of the city, the staff couldn't be more helpful, and the quality of the food in the restaurant was top notch. I was on my motorcycle and they showed me an area of the car park that was under cover to park it.

Charming and friendly hotel, well situated a short distance from railway station and town centre. Although traditional in appearance, all facilities were up-to-date and in good working order. Spacious, comfortable room and good breakfast.

The attendants were friendly but excessively strict about the checkout time, even after returning the room keys. All I needed was to keep the car in the hotel parking lot (where there was enough free space) and in the reception room to check my computer to finalize the next booking. This unnecessary pressure could have been avoided. The hotel is clean and strategically located near a beautiful downtown area.

Central location made walking everywhere possible. We were able to have onsite car parking. Communication and check in was easy when we arrived late on a Public Holiday. Very quiet and comfortable. Quite a spacious room.

The WiFi signal was weak but that is probably due to the age of the building which is a couple hundred years old as my regular phone had signal issues too

There were only stairs in the building I stayed in (Haus Tilly), so there is limited accessibility.

Great location -- it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the train station, and 5 minutes to the centre with lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops. There is also a bus stop 5-minutes away that can take you to Leuphana University. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely location, close to center. As tricky as parkings might be for foreigners, there is help to guide you to the inner yard. We booked the stay for 2 nights to attend a wedding and we walked to both city hall for ceremony and to the party location.

It is great that you can park in the hotel and be so central. However, the parking can be stressful given the space in the car park, so you wonder whether you will find a space if you take the car out for the day.

It is an historic hotel, with a great location for walking around Luneburg. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is an absolute delight and it was so nice that we were able to enjoy breakfast with our large family in a private room.
