During my stay the bathroom in my room had a sewer smell. Also the shower heads should be cleaned for better water flow.

Great location, within 10 minutes walk from the centre and the museums. I didn't have breakfast but the bed was super comfortable and the room was really clean and well presented on arrival. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

There were a few inconveniences during my stay. The bathroom only had a bathtub without a glass enclosure, which made it difficult to shower without water splashing everywhere. Also, most of the initial communication was in German, so I had to translate it to English, although the host always responded in English afterward. Despite requesting no room cleaning, someone entered the room, made the bed, and rearranged my pajamas and towels, which wasn’t necessary.

II had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, and the room had everything I needed, including a hairdryer and plenty of towels. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. I really appreciated the convenience of being able to check in at any time, as the key was securely stored in a lockbox at the entrance. The host was kind and responded quickly to all my inquiries. The breakfast was decent—not very extensive but perfectly fine. The room itself was beautifully furnished and very clean, which made my stay even more comfortable.

Beautifully furnished small bijou hotel, perfect location for exploring Weimar, very quiet area, 5 mins from Goetheplatzy (bus stop to everywhere), breakfast buffet most satisfying, great choice, totally enjoyable. The lady at the reception was extremely nice, talkative, made me feel welcome.

Attic rooms directly under roof become really too hot for comfort. And I am someone who loves the heat. Even with fan just too stuffy. As you walked down stairs the temperature became so much cooler. So much more pleasant.

It was a little pricey but we were looking for comfort and found that! Not sure we would stay longer than a weekend due to the cost. My 2 kids are still small and could fit in the same room with us on the sofa bed. For kids older than 10, it was not affordable to reserve 2 rooms!

The location close to downtown Weimar made walking through the city very easy and enjoyable. A playground for the kids was just across the street. It was far enough away from the action to also be quiet and relaxing for early sleepers.

At arrival and on the phone lady at reception was rather unfriendly (also next day at breakfast). However, that was just the one person, all other staff persons were really very nice. Make sure to hang out the sign, otherwise you'll find that your bed isn't being made (would have been nice to be told at arrival, this way we had to find out after the first night and make the bed ourselves) In the middle of the night a picture crashed loudly from the wall. When I told the lady at check-out she said "that it's probably not a problem" and "that they can hang it back up" 😳. I guess the days of professional service are over... After making the point that it wasn't a pleasant experience for us, she sincerely apologised.

Entire hotel has a very friendly design in pleasant colours. Breakfast was very good. Room small but ok. 3rd floor, no lift and no help with luggage offered Free complimentary drinks at reception
