Lovely hotel, great breakfast, fab neighbourhood with lots of delightful restaurants and bars. Convenient location, we could walk to most places in 20 mins, or use the trams at the end of the road.

Staff, cleanliness of the room, room facilities, the hotel is close to the city centre, in a wonderful neighbourhood, full of pub and restaurant, but at the same time quit and quite silent at night. Nice small pool, even if the water is freezing.

Cool boutique hotel i Neustadt. Large and stylish rooms, and an amazing breakfast. Our room had a nice balcony. The hotel has a lovely pool. The location is in the midle of lively Neustadt, and you can reach Altstadt in 15-20 minutes by foot or faster by buss or tram. Perfect for families.

The pillows were really bad altho room spacious and bed comfy. Sauna was not on which was a real pity as this was one of the reasons why decided to book.

You can't really open the windows because the street noise makes it impossible to sleep. But the room has ventilation for you to adjust and you can certainly open the windows before bed time to get some fresh air.

The location is extremely close to a lot of bars and casual restaurants, a nice night life spot with plenty to do. The price was also extremely good for what you get. The room has a nice coffee machine with pods provided. The bed was very comfortable and the room size feels good because the ceilings were really high. The windows also have good insulation so you don't hear any street noise even though the tram passes right outside.

Loved this beautiful little hotel. The styling was gorgeous - very bohemian with stunning colours in the reception area and the individually styled bedrooms. Staff were lovely and there were lots of little extra touches that added to the lovely vibe. Swimming pool was really nice though a bit chilly for me. It was a fabulous location in the alternative area of Dresden. It was by far our favourite hotel in our tour of Germany.

Amazing butik hotel in Neustadt -Dresden not so far from center . We had 3 bedroom appartment with kitchen and balcony. Very nice design with very comfortable bed´s . What was really very nice was the swimming pool and sauna with a beautiful terrace. Very pleasant welcome at the reception and nice personal contact. I can say that it is a little paradise in the middle of a busy city

The breakfast could be better. Missing some hot usual breakfast things like scrambled eggs, bacon, some sausages maybe. Also wouldn't hurt to have some more fruit selection.

The hotel was perfect for us, as there are barely any hotels, that offer 2 bedroom apartments, or a balcony for that matter. We had both! There is a kitchenette as well, a small fridge, utensils, coffee machine with some really good Segafredo capsules. The beds are very comfortable, the terrace was lovely. The pool was an amazing addition to the services offered by the hotel, but note that the water in it is not very warm. There is a big garden as well, with some nice big chairs, which for the summer periods, I assume would be really pleasant. Karolin, at the reception, was especially attentive towards me and my dad and we are very grateful for her assistance.

I think the soundproofing of the rooms could be improved because in the morning I could hear a little too clearly when the nearby neighbors left.

Clean hotel, in a historic building, but very nicely decorated. I only stayed one night, but the room was big, spacious, and equipped with everything you need. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. In particular, I would like to thank the receptionist who was so kind to work extra hours just to wait to give me the key and still with a smile on her face.
