How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Modern hotel with a spacious, spotless family room. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, EV charging available, and even small gifts for the kids. A great stay!

The staff were super helpful and welcoming. Air-conditioning worked really well in the room and the breakfast had good variation to choose from. Hotel is a walking distance from Playmobilepark.

Not that much I can complain. They charge 10 EUR per night for the car if you want to park it underground parking area.
Quite new and well maintained hotel. Smiling faces from staff and very good breakfast for sure. I have been here for a business trip. Excellent silence in the rooms. Showers were awesome too.

Nit: unpleasant smell at the corridor behind the glass door at the first floor.

I cannot imagine anything better. A 24-hour front desk staff would be nice, but unnecessary. It was easy to find despite being a little far from the city center. It is perfect for anyone driving.
The man working at the front desk was amazing when we checked in. We were running late and he called to see if everything was OK. The room was clean, well furnished, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly large, with plenty of options. The Wi-Fi was fast enough to do a little work in the morning. No complaints.

Our experience was excellent. The hotel was chosen accidentally because of weather conditions (hubby couldn't drive during the hard rain). I was not sure about the conditions + travelling with my 20 month baby, son and grandma felt anxious.The receptionist was waiting for our check in till 23pm. The whole space and room were well kept and clean. It was the 1st hotel during our travel where the waiters served breakfast(contained a lot of salads, fruits, and regular breakfast stuff). Yelena(in the restaurant )stole our hearts, she is caring and kind hearted lady who may help you with any requests. I noticed that the location is great and the place is very calm and safe, with free private parking. All my family were greatly satisfied. We appreciate the hotel 's hospitality!

Everything was absolutely perfect! No downsides.
We chose Bomonti Nürnberg West Hotel for our one-night stay during our trip to PlayMobil FunPark. We were looking for high-quality, comfortable, and clean accommodation for me, my wife, and our two small children, and this hotel not only met but exceeded our expectations. The hotel offers great accessibility, including underground parking, which was a big plus. The rooms were stunning—clean, spacious, and with a fantastic bathroom. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. To top it all off, the breakfast was varied and absolutely delicious. We truly appreciated the effort that went into offering such a great meal to start the day. Overall, the value for money at Bomonti Nürnberg West is unbeatable. We highly recommend this hotel!

There isn't much around the hotel. No playground (as far as I know), one restaurant (which is actually pretty good - Italian, forgot the name).
Very decent hotel. Ideally located for anyone who wants to visit the PlayMobil park in Nurnberg. It's in walkable distance, and clearly marked. No surprise that majority of visitors over the weekend were families with little kids. Rooms are fine, clean and comfy, with aircon. Breakfast was tasty, nothing was missing.

We recently stayed at Hotel Bomonti in Nuremberg during a weekend trip to the nearby Playmobil FunPark, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection of food that catered to both adults and children alike. Parking was easy and stress-free. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location—just a couple of minutes' drive from the Playmobil FunPark, which was the main reason for our visit. In the evening, it was also nice to be able to take a short walk to Oberasbach, where we found plenty of great restaurants to choose from.

Stayed for one night with my daughter after a trip to the Playmobil Park, an easy 15-20 walk away. Hotel staff excellent recommending local swimming pools and restaurants. Large room (2 single duvets on king size bed) with air con. Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

We need gluten free food and there the choises could be more than the 2 bread buns they provided.
We wanted to be close to playmobile land and it was. Clean, quite, good parking possibilities, good breakfast, good location for our needs.
