Need a small elevator for those who have difficulty with stairs.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was fabulous. Property was spotlessly clean. The only negative is that there is no elevator and there a many stairs! That said, our luggage was transported both up to and down from our room without even asking. Breakfast, while not included, was delicious and reasonable.

We liked everything about this beautiful hotel - location, historical building, great room etc - but especially the staff was wonderful, being very friendly, assisting guests in a most efficient way. We felt really welcome - not only because the kind welcoming words in the room upon arrival - but also because the warm attitude of the staff. Congratulations!

The room was quiet even though the location was in the center of things. Air conditioner worked well. Room appointed viry nicely. bed, Shower and bathroom were great. A lot of stair with no lift but hey helped with the bags.

Superb location. Really characterful property, lovely big room, period style decorations. No lift (old building) which meant we had to lift our heavy bags to the top floor… but well worth it!! Helpful staff at all times. Also… Regensberg is a fabulous city!!!

Lovely place. Our room was spacious and very clean. Nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable The rooms were attached to a lovely cafe/bar which served wonderful breakfasts. Staff were lovely. Location couldn't have been better.

There is no lift in the hotel so something to keep in mind. It’s not unreasonable because the building is very old and possibly has some restrictions on construction but it was slightly unexpected. Nevertheless it didn’t diminish the overall experience.

Really nice building in a very central location. The room was very comfortable and super clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The road outside is very popular and the cafe bar at the hot is one of the really nice spots of the city.

We were on the 4th floor and there are no elevators I could not climb wooden stairs with our luggage. We payed a young staff member to carry them up 4 flights and payed again the next day to bring them back down. Inconvenient for anyone with knee problems.

Perfect location, lovely place, nice breakfast, great staff. They upgraded us to another room because it was unseasonably warm and they wanted us to have AC. Turned out to be quite necessary and super appreciated. Our room was quite a few stairs up and I was struggling with my bag. The guy cleaning saw me struggling, snatched up my bag, carried it up the stairs and left before I could barely thank him. Now that's service!

There was a bit of noise outside very early every morning which sounded like something being trundled over the cobbles and we only discovered on the morning we left that there were earplugs in the wardrobe which could have stopped us being wakened by this. Leaving them somewhere more prominent would be helpful . Being charged per cup of tea/coffee at breakfast seemed a bit unusual. A pot of tea would have been better

Beautifully decorated hotel in a historic building in the heart of the medieval centre of Regensburg. So much more individual and interesting than a corporate hotel. All the main places to visit are within easy walking distance and the station is about 15 minutes walk. Many good restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Kristal who greeted us at reception was very friendly and welcoming and recommended various coffee houses and restaurants which we might have missed. Regensburg itself is a wonderful city to visit.

Next time I stay I will continue to ask for a room looking to the courtyard rather than the street as there is a bar underneath.

Well everything. Comfortable, bathroom that had some lovely soap without all the fuss of extras that you don’t use but end up paying for. So good value for money. Terrifically professional and friendly staff. Could not be happier

Great hotel. Easy walk to public parking garage. Location is central to all walking in Regensburg Old Town. Staff was welcoming. We were on the 2nd floor (one flight of stairs) which helped as there is no lift. Room was super spacious with the bathroom being updated and across the entry.

Not soundproof in room 41. Cost is on higher end for stay. The furniture is old and dated.

No elevator for heavy luggage yer the team carries it up and down so that is alright.

I am astounded at Jurgan the boss and Rita the breakfast assistant. They're so very kind and made the stay so much fun. They gave me the big suite in the 11th century place and the breakfast is super de duper healthy Acai bowls with fresh fruit. The bar Chin chin is rocking at night elegant and tasteful lovely truly.

We were on the fourth floor, which was very warm plus the bed was under the roofline, which made it quite dodgy to get in and out of bed without getting your head.
