the Chef from the restraunt tried to help but it was not his role he didn't work for them

Got keys from the box with the help of the chef found room was not made up nobody at reception at the prescribed time Tried to call all the phone numbers we had - no response Left the hotel to stay elsewhere

Location great, good breakfast

No bar, our room was over the entrance where people were smoking under our open window, we did not like that

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Shower had great pressure Breakfast was simple but had all the important items & I LOVED the coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is perfect right in the center of town. It's a bit tricky to find the front entrance as it's actually behind the "main entrance" on the main road. Plenty of parking.

I reduced one star because we had to sleep with our window open as there was no AC. It wasn’t hot out, but it was warm. Not sure if they have window units for the summer and had already removed it. Since our room was facing the street, it was noisy with an open window. If I were to visit in the summer, I'd definitely inquire about an AC unit for the room.

Room wasn’t ready for a guest.

We arrived at 6pm, the hotel appeared to be run down and closed . The doors were locked and there were covers on the windows with a notice saying ‘being renovated’. There was no answer from the intercom, telephone or the messaging service so as it was late in the day we had to book anther hotel. They responded to my message at 7.30pm with a key code which was too late. Needless to say even though I took photos of the front they still insist that the reception was open and someone inside so charged me the full rate as a ‘no show’

The lack of staff , the restaurant was closed. They advertise a beer garden but there’s nowhere to purchase a drink , the reception isn’t staffed

I made a last minute booking for one night and I'm so glad I did. I didn't explore the area, but the time spent in the hotel was great. Quiet after 10pm, clean, comfortable bed. Couldn't ask for more.

Breakfast was bad. No bread available in the morning. Eggs, bacon everything was too little available.

No restaurant as advertised on the site, WiFi was only useful in the lobby and not in the room. Got there to check in and had to call a number to get someone to come and let us in.

The hotel was easy to find being in the middle of Bitburg although reception is round the back of the building and a little harder to find. Parking is available which was handy for a couple of Motorbikes. The restaurant was closed, but bars and restaurants are near by. Breakfast is available though. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. The rooms were good and spacious.

It took a little bit to figure out where to check in. You have to go around to the back of the building. The bed was not the most comfortable
