Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Nothing really.
Great location. Rooms are not huge but really nicely finished and equipped (I imagine they have been recently renovated). Excellent breakfast served by extremely pleasant and efficient staff. Brilliant welcome from friendly and accommodating reception staff.

Feathers in the pillow and the blanket. WelI i could sleep good without it anyway so i did not ask for nonfeather bedware. Perhaps it could have been arranged by the hotel if i had asked.
I could check in a bit before 15.00 when i arrived. Very much appreciated. Coffe in the room. Safety-box, AC you could control by yourself, etc. Quiet room. The view from the room was an old church wich was nice.

My daughter stayed 1 week in the hotel. The street where the hotel is dangerous there are lots of drug addicts on the street some of them attacked her last night. So location is very bad

Beds were very soft. The street is very loud, also during the night, so it was not really possible to sleep with the windows open.
Ideally located at walking distance from the city centre, nice and convenient hotel. Staff is really kind. Enough options for breakfast.

The bedroom was rather small. The air conditioning thermostat didn't work very well, but it was manageable.
The staff were very helpful - I dropped some money without realising and it was returned to me by staff. Also very helpful on all levels. Breakfast was very good. The shower was easy to operate.

We were located next to a fire door in the corridor, so very time a guest came through that door, our bedroom door would rattle noisily, which was very offputting late at night. So we ended up plugging it with folded paper to stop the rattling & jiggling. Other than that, it was very comfortable.
The room (no. 503) was spacious and very clean. And we could open the windows for fresh air! The small breakfast buffet (18euros pp) was more expensive than other hotels & cafes nearby, but it was fresh, well-presented and tasty. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. And the location was fine - Old Town Aachen is quite a compact area.

However, the room was a bit small, and the breakfast price was quite high, especially considering the many affordable breakfast spots nearby. Additionally, there is no parking available, and we had to park in the center, which turned out to be problematic due to the carnival blocking the exit.

The location is along a major street and not so clean. The hotel does not have its own parking. There is a private garage very close by which charges 18€/night.
The staff at the reception was very cordial, and the check-in was fast end efficient. The bedroom was small but clean and comfortable. The location is central.

Very nice, comfortable & close to the city centre (walking distance). Room was very good isolated, no noise from outside. Also, the parking lot for the cars is right next to it. Super friendly staff too!

Rooms are in good condition through out. Comfortable bed, good shower etc. Rooms are slightly small but fine for 1-2 nights. Rooms are very sound proof and really quiet. The hotel is 5-10 walk from Catheral Breakfast was good. Lovely breads, fresh orange juice, etc.
