Overall, a great hotel. It was close to my meeting location, although a bit farther from the city center. The staff were kind, and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both hot and cold dishes.

Everything was great! the only disappointment was the extra charge for the breakfast that was supposed to be included with the room charge! We were also charged the extra charge for the breakfast the last morning. We had to leave before the restaurant was open!

The breakfast was excellent and all you can eat. It was fresh and very tasty!

A good hotel for our short visit to Hannover - the upgrade to the suite was a much-appreciated gesture and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is clean, quiet, and handy for the U-bahn.

Good location for travel, near the motorway and petrol station. Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean room and powerful, spacious shower! Large parking outside and nice fenced garden to relax to the rear of the building. Good size rooms.

We stayed in this holel twice and on the way back restaurant was closed so we couldn't get dinner which was quite inconvinient. There is a small bistro short walk away from the hotel, which the lady at the reception suggested, still we would prefer meal in the hotel.

Location near motorway and next to petrol station. Spacious car park. We travelled with dog and this hotel is very pet friendly, our dog was allowed in the restaurant. Also securely fenced good size garden allowed our dog to run around off lead after long day's travel.

We have booked it for a stopover during a long drive on booking.com for 117 euros for 2 adults and a 14 year old child plus a dog. Website said that room is enough for three people however when we arrived we got charged for extra bed as there was no third bed in a room, plus city taxes, parking and a dog which ended up as costing over 180 euros. We have stayed in 5 different hotels during our trip and there were no such problems and extra charges with any others. Restaurant wasn't open (we got there after 8pm) no places to eat nearby unless you are willing to drive.

The hidden price. Almost 9€ of city tax. Even though independent of the hotel, it would be good if it was indicated more clearly. And 6€ for the car park, which is not secured or underground... Finally, one staff member mentioned free breakfast for my kid, the other one in the morning asked me to pay (I had to argue about that, not paid in the end). The bed is supposed to be 1 queen size, but it is in reality, 2 single beds together, which simply does not fit our needs.

The location was perfect for our journey. The breakfast is delicious. The room was clean but furniture are oldish.

Despite the hotel had planty available room and the reception person seen we were just late at night in transit coming for a short sleep we were given the most noisy room - facing the main road on the 1st floor.

We booked an extra bed, but didn’t get one. Were offered a larger room, but it was about 35c inside. So we were given rooms next door, but I didn’t want to leave my young children. Then, we were charged for the extra bed.
