Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaAn issue that should be mentioned, especially when you have little kids: one of the floor to ceiling windows opened up half way, like a door and there was no railing! I was on the second floor so it was quite a way down! Surely that's a safety issue that needs to be addressed? The breakfast buffet could have done with a better selection of fresh rolls and bread.
I stayed at this Best Western before (before my flight back to Australia) and will definitely stay there again! Great location only one station to the airport. The hotel is modern and the rooms are absolutely fabulous. They are so generously sized, it feels like a small apartment. They come with a fully equipped kitchen, desk, large and super comfy bed, big TV and spacious bathroom. There is tea, coffee and complimentary bottled water. Air conditioning works perfectly.

Everything. From location which was right next to the train station and a few minutes walk to supermarket, to staff who went extra miles to help me use the stove at kitchen. The facilities were amazing and it was very quiet and spacious. I would recommend this hotel for everyone visiting Frankfurt and Frankfurt airport.
