We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyIt was noisy, one can hear the people outside in front of the hotel. Someone was listening to loud music and the neighbors were noisy all the time (some till 1 am). There is no one to complain about at that time.

United KingdomCheck-in machine is very slow. When a flight gets in at midnight and there are several of you at the hotel, you have to wait quite a while while everyone fiddles around for 5 minutes with one single machine. Could do with a kettle in the bedrooms.
Location is amazing. Rooms were clean. Feels secure.

GermanyThe hotel did not have coffee or other snacks. Since there are nothing around the hotel, you can simply die in hunger.
The location is great. Weeze airport is in such a hard place to reach and staying at the hotel one day before was the best choice to catch the morning flight. And the bus comes regularly in front of the hotel which is great.

Easily accessible once you know the routine, clean, close enough to the airport to walk it, good internet, and nice hot shower. Plenty of bedding and towels.

ItalyZero human contact, not even if you send them a message. Not clear how it works the heating/ac (maybe it's only a heater?), no hairdryer, only single beds. No extra pillows, and the provided one is horrible. No fan, no mosquito net: if it's hot, you boil.
If like us you need a place close to the airport and you don't mind too much the details, it's a good solution. Big parking places, more or less easy check-in, more or less quiet and comfortable, clean. Little desk to work with the laptop. The mattress was good. You can literally go to the airport on foot in 15 minutes, or by bus in 5 with 2 €.

United KingdomI booked two rooms. One room had the TV out of work. However main issue I think it is the lack of any food and drink service. Even not longer automatic machine are available for either hot or cold soft drink. Basically you need walking to airport for everything related to food and drink. When alone many not such a dramma, but with kids it is rather painfull. Cleanliness of the rooms looks also far from perfect.
I liked that is at walking distance from airport. This is the only reason why of my choise.
