How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It was noisy, one can hear the people outside in front of the hotel. Someone was listening to loud music and the neighbors were noisy all the time (some till 1 am). There is no one to complain about at that time.

The vending machines were broke. You need to walk to the airport to buy anything.

I asked for a single-bed room, I was informed that my request was approved, but unfortunately nothing happened. Even the price was a bit expensive for a solo traveller. One more thing, breakfast should be included.

For what I paid I really can't complain and would use the hotel again.
We liked how close to the airport the hotel is to the airport. This is a no frills hotel room that is very handy for late night arrivals and early morning departures.

Check-in machine is very slow. When a flight gets in at midnight and there are several of you at the hotel, you have to wait quite a while while everyone fiddles around for 5 minutes with one single machine. Could do with a kettle in the bedrooms.
Location is amazing. Rooms were clean. Feels secure.

The hotel did not have coffee or other snacks. Since there are nothing around the hotel, you can simply die in hunger.
The location is great. Weeze airport is in such a hard place to reach and staying at the hotel one day before was the best choice to catch the morning flight. And the bus comes regularly in front of the hotel which is great.

No one was there to help us. There was no wending machines. We arrived at night. I couldn’t find anything to drink. Even a bottle of water. Nothing at all
The location was very. Good very close to the airport. Only 10 minutes on foot. The check in process was without problems

Not easy to find in dark, no staff and self check-in not obvious until you get there and you realise it is a set of old barracks.

It was difficult to get the only functioning bedside lamp to work, there was no soap in the shower, and tea making facilities would have been nice.
Easily accessible once you know the routine, clean, close enough to the airport to walk it, good internet, and nice hot shower. Plenty of bedding and towels.

Zero human contact, not even if you send them a message. Not clear how it works the heating/ac (maybe it's only a heater?), no hairdryer, only single beds. No extra pillows, and the provided one is horrible. No fan, no mosquito net: if it's hot, you boil.
If like us you need a place close to the airport and you don't mind too much the details, it's a good solution. Big parking places, more or less easy check-in, more or less quiet and comfortable, clean. Little desk to work with the laptop. The mattress was good. You can literally go to the airport on foot in 15 minutes, or by bus in 5 with 2 €.

I booked two rooms. One room had the TV out of work. However main issue I think it is the lack of any food and drink service. Even not longer automatic machine are available for either hot or cold soft drink. Basically you need walking to airport for everything related to food and drink. When alone many not such a dramma, but with kids it is rather painfull. Cleanliness of the rooms looks also far from perfect.
I liked that is at walking distance from airport. This is the only reason why of my choise.

The hotel was less than basic in communal areas. The rooms were clean and everything worked.
The hotel was accessible to the airport. Very clean room. The hotel is basic . no carpets in hall ways and very stark.

No food and drink , no drink automat, in nowhere:). Not so easy registration- no one at receptions so you need to catsh up with self registration forms and keys buts ok:). Was cold in the room, no air conditioning no warming.

room was not so clean and we saw some insects near our bed. Bathroom did not smell good. But for one night was ok.
Hotel Location was perfect. There was no reception for check-In and you must do it with machine in front of the door to get your card. There were lot of parking near buildungs.

Corridor looked like a building site. Room very spartan. No sound proofing. You could hear everything in the corridor and in next room/ above. Grossly overpriced for what it is.
Fulfilled a need. Easy walking to/from.airport.
