BelgiumHowever, there were some aspects that could be improved. The room, while large, could use some renovation. Some staff members did not speak English at all, which made communication challenging. The breakfast selection was quite limited for a 4-star hotel. Additionally, the pool was a bit cold and not as clean as expected.
The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning surroundings, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was spacious, and the staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, and the overall atmosphere was nice.

NetherlandsThe hotel mainly caters to German-speaking guests, which might work well for some, but it posed challenges for me as a non-German speaker. Despite knowing I didn’t understand German, the staff continued to communicate in German, which made interactions somewhat difficult.The rooms themselves were a bit disappointing. The hotel feels outdated, and the lack of air conditioning made our stay uncomfortable during the warm summer nights. Additionally, the pillows were extremely thin and soft, requiring multiple folds just to achieve minimal comfort. The person overseeing the restaurant, who seemed to be the manager, wasn’t the most approachable. Asking simple questions often felt awkward due to his curt and somewhat rude responses, which took away from what should have been a relaxing dining experience. Finally, the room we were assigned didn’t match the advertised description. We were expecting a mountain view, but instead, we were given a room with no view and little privacy, as our windows faced directly onto an elevated walkway.While the hotel does have its strong points, these issues, particularly for non-German speakers and those sensitive to comfort, made our stay less pleasant than anticipated. It might be worth considering other options, especially during the summer.
The hotel is set in a beautiful and peaceful location, which is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals throughout the stay. Additionally, the staff, particularly the owner, was very kind and helpful.

The accommodation is Cody and wide. The breakfast delicieus , the customer services is good and the swimming pool and spa super ! Also the posibility to bring your dog and the preparaties for the dog where nice :-)

the place was clean and quite. rooms are sufficient for a short weekend stay. not far from ski lifts and has its own parking space. the staff are friendly.

NetherlandsRoom services could be better. The hair dryer was not working and the hotel staff mentioned it would be repaired however nobody was available to repair or replace the dryer. Spa needs to be booked in advance.
The room was clean, breakfast was apt as described on the menu. Prefer to have own transport to the hotel location. The hotel is located 12km away from the central train station. Public transport is available every 1 hour, hotel has shuttle services to the nearest bus stop.
