The room was a little smaller than expected from the photos. Two shower rooms are accessible via the same door which is not good for privacy! I had to take showers quickly before somebody opens the door!

The location is beautiful. Surrounded with lots of green area. The house is clean and smells nice. Comfortable stay. The house manager was a kind lady.

Small bathroom for an adult. bathroom space is limited. TV antennae reception in room 1 not good. There was constant breaks in TV reception and there was no proper sound and visual clarity. There was no desk in room in case one wants to sit and work on laptop or read. So, in the room one will always have to be confined to the bed only. Space in room 25 too small but the TV reception was good there. No mirror in room 1. Yes, the property met my expectation to the level of above average. That could be due to it's affordability, but there is room for improvement.

I didnt like the showers in the lower floor - you couldnt lock the bathroom and showers had clear glass doors so there was no privacy. it was better in the first floor.

I liked the price and the kitchen that was available for use.

The lady is not friendly ,maybe because am a black guy.The guy is friendly. They couldn't assist me get a taxi .I spent 3 days but my room was never clean or my bed sheet was never changed.

Toxic Staff. No staff at check-in. Dirty. Lack of equipment consistent with the description. small room. too many beds in a 4-person room, it's hard to walk. loud drunk people.

You can hear everything that’s going on outside your room and in the kitchen. Luckily everyone was aware of it and tried to be quiet, so it wasn’t a problem. It might not be the best place for light sleepers.

It was clean, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and the refrigerator in the room and the kitchen just outside were very useful.

The host was extremely rude and unfriendly, unwilling to help us with check in, didn't seem to have a moral compass. I would only recommend this accomodation if you are in grave need of a relatively cheap option in the outskirts of Hamburg.

The room was clean and tidy, with a well supplied communal kitchen. Overall it was fine.

I have to leave within the first few hours. Right after my arriving I felt very unsafe and started crying. I left the property immediately because of the young and loud refugees which couldn’t let me rest. Those screams were to scary. I would like to get my money back because I had to leave to avoid any more mental issues. This was definitely not what I thought.

Worst owners ever, if you want to be shouted on, treated like peace of ****, You are very welcome to move there. No discussions about anything. City Hamburg is just too good for that kind of owners, just because need for place to sleep is so high, they can afford to treat people like this.

Place is more or less clean, there is enough room for parking. Not too much more i can say which was positive emotions in there.
