As it is an old world guesthouse, there’s no elevator and stairs are narrow and winding. If you have any mobility issues, then this would be extremely difficult to navigate.

The ambience. A quintessential old days feel of a German guesthouse. The managers were so friendly and very helpful with everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is great above Stadtmiite metro, yet no noise and plenty of eateries around the plaza below. Stairs have an old world charm, but also a certain drawback - see below. Overall, a pleasant stay and would definitely return when next in Stuttgart.

No one at check in and hotel main door was closed. I had to call and thankfully someone answered and guided me how to access hotel door then how to open the keys safe to take my room keys. Too much hastle. Also there is no elevator. I had to carry 7 heavy bags for one floor

It is VERY noisy outside in the morning, from the bell of the church to occasional cars / trucks going past the hotel. Would have been nice to have some sort of AC so we could close the window during the night, as it was also very hot in the room

The rooms were functional and not too small, everything was clean and tidy. There was a kettle and some tea / water bottles made available which was great.

Excellent location to access train to airport and lots of options for restaurants and cafe in close proximity to hotel. Short walk to main train station.Extremely comfortable bed and spacious room. The host was so helpful allowing us a late self check in and holding our bags after checkout. We couldn’t have asked for more

Room was okay, nothing special. Bathroom was old & out dated & the hot water didn’t work. Didn’t see a single person for checkin or checkout, called # on door to get in touch and it didn’t work. Beds were okay.

the location was good, and the manager was a perfect person. he extended all support to us. 5 minutes walking distance from the city center and all facilities are available in hand

Didn't like the idea that the water pressure wasn't strong and the hot water kept on getting cold too quick that's it. Other than that the place was very good

The apartment was very nice it was pretty clean the location was great. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked and the water pressure was not strong enough and the hot water kept on turning cold quick.

No elevators… if you are elderly… but again the owner helps with bags. Could use safes in the room!

Location was FANTASTIC!! So central… could not be any better. The owner was so helpful… willing to carry luggage up the stairs. Accommodation was simple… extremely clean. Staff was very helpful. The owner is working to make it even better! Everyone was so friendly.
