The room had no air-conditioning or fan, so it was hot! Opening a window was no option, since that would let mosquitoes in. Also my room was on the street side, so when I opened a window, the traffic noise bothered me.

Room was cheap. Free parking in the neighbourhood, but confusing and unclear where hotel guests were supposed to park. Breakfast was nice.

Stayed one night with 12 friends so we would visit Oberhausen together. Price-quality is perfect! Simple, no-nonsense just a nice little room and a simple breakfast in the morning. Will come again of we visit Oberhausen again!

The beds were a bit old and hard.

We stayed here because we had an early flight the next morning. From the B&B we had easy access to the highway and to the airport. The room was spacious and there was a baby cot free of charge for our baby. The person at the reception was friendly.

I did not meet anybody at check in with the exception of a person that could only speak German.

It was cheap, the room were fine and the beds confortable.

The street front view room is simply not suitable for sleeping. Trams and trains run in front of the hotel making a huge noise also at night.

Very polite staff both the lady and the gentleman in the reception. the hotel was clean and safe, beds were comfy, the breakfast was absolutely OK for the price. Parking spaces available in the surrounding streets, 2 in front of the hotel.

Friendly staff in the morning. Comfortable beds. Patio and balcony was a bonus which wasn't mentioned but could be good selling point.

Room was extremely cold, it was in the cellar. Also all bed sheets were a bit moisturized. For our purpose (just a place for a quick sleep) it was fine, but not really a comfy place.

The host was very friendly, also very good communication in advance.

We had to climb many stairs up to our room which was good for us after a long drive but it would have been tough for my elderly mother.

Breakfast was week for us. There isn't any special park area for hotel. Price should be less for this qualty. There isn't any Shampoo for your hairs.

As every time, this hotel exceeds expectations. The hosts are very well prepared and organised to accommodate their guests. We are family with two small children and it’s always a perfect spot for us to get rest and good night sleep when travelling. Thank you. This was our third time stay in BonnaNotte hotel on our way from UK through Europe. Third time excellent stay. We have small twins and as always as promised with the highest care we had travel cots with bedding set up waiting in our room. (I appreciate this very much because some hotels don't provide mattress and bedding). Breakfast was also very good. Easy late hours check in. Easy check out. Friendly staff. See you soon again.

We didn't particularly enjoy the breakfast but that is mainly due to being English and not really enjoying ham and cheese at that time of day.

Good night of sleep in a fairly priced hotel. The owner is very nice. He bring me himself to Messe when I was not able to grab a taxi. I was on time to my meeting thanks to him.

No tea set at the room to make something warm to drink, but it is not 5 or 4 stars hotel so you get what you pay for really.

We had Very nice quiet family room, we traveled with two years old todler, no problems at all, room very clean and the beds were nice to sleep on. Very usefull for one night during the travel around the Europe. Very nice owner, good comunication and very good breakfast. Good value for the money.
