Bit of an odd building (getting to the apartment was a little off), and it looks like the apartment was in the middle of being updated, but it’ll probably be great when it’s finished.

Location was great, bed/kitchen/bath were all up to standard. A comfortable, quiet stay close to a grocery and the U7, with a great park right on the square (Olivaerplatz) and an even better one (Preußenpark) not far away.

The treatment was awful. Worst experience ever with an air bnb place. The manager made me go to a different direction. Wasnt there to open the place even though i told the time i would arrive. When the cleaning lady came to open she told me it was another direction 🙃 And when i ask her if she could help me please because of the many luggage she made faces of fatigue. When we arrive the room wasnt at all like the pictures. It was okey but was way smaller and not the one in the pics. She treated me horrible saying that was it. Then communicate with the manager, she then told me i had to pay for the cat if not i had to go away and that was the place they had. If i didnt like it i could go. Very angry and awful 🫠🫠 even though the place SAYS IS PET Friendly. I chated with the manager via wsp and he didnt apologized once, he mistreated me and then BLOCKED ME. Ho rri ble Never again. Not recomended. Maybe with people traveling without animals they are nice. I dont understand why they publish something that is not. Not the correct direction. Not the correct room. Nothing. And then they mistreat you.

The place was well located and had everything you need. Enough towels and good kitchen appliances.

The host didn't disturb with additional questions, and checkin and checkout was smooth. The apartment had all basic facilities for a family, and in reasonable price.

The was an issue with heating which was not the fault of the host - in fact, he dealt with it in a prompt and practical way!

This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment- it's clean, comfortable and convenient, and is located at close to shops, restaurants and a range of public transport options. In addition, Charlottenburg is one of the most beautiful areas in Berlin!

The room itself was difficult to get to and sketchy at times (had to walk through an outside path to get to the room and the rooms did not have door numbers on). Nobody was available to meet me to collect the keys as my flight was delayed and I arrived after hours, instead the keys were left outside under a very small rock which didn’t feel secure at all (actually quite worrying as I was travelling alone).

Good location quite central. A fair few shops and restaurants nearby. The room was a good size and equipped well, the kitchen was stocked with equipment and there was handwash and washing up liquid available, enough towels etc.

Got everything what we needed for an overnight stay. We traveled with a baby so good thing There’s a ventilator because it was kinda hot when we arrived in Berlin,, microwave was also there to sterilize our baby bottles. Bed mattress is firm to my liking. Iron and hair blower are also available.

Another form of seating (armchair, couch) would be good. You either be on the bed or sit on the "not so comfortable" chairs. It's not ideal for reading.

The host is nice and professional. Our awful experience was that, we are not aware the lift was damaged, and we got stuck in the lift for about 40 minutes before emergency service arrived to rescued us. Hope they fixed the lift for everyone to have a smooth stay.

The pillows were too big for me, without substance, and I felt I was sinking into them.

I have stayed in one or other of their flats several times. This was one of the better ones and the rental fee very good. A nice airy room with big windows, a clean kitchen and bathroom and twin beds Great location. On the 4th floor and the lift worked consistently.
