As there were renovations underway the ‘construction’ area could have been better presented to guests, specifically after working hours. You had to walk over dirty and dusty protective sheets, and as an asthma sufferer it was not pleasant. I could have contacted the staff but felt it was not necessary as I was not planning to be in and out all the time. The room itself was perfectly clean with no traces of dust. Unfortunately the elevators were also a bit ‘wonky’, and a broken elevator (which was taped off with red warning tape) kept opening when selecting to go down. From a safety and security point these things should be better observed. It was during normal check-out times, so one would expect a greater presence of staff.

Well presented with easy self check-in, all hours convenience shop and fast friendly and efficient service in the relaxing common areas.

Breakfast was very annoying because there were so many people... Room was comfortable, but a bit dirty. Coffee maker and refrigerator in the room were broken but nobody did something about it. The hotel is very big and expensive for what it is.

The self check-in didn't work particularly well so we ended up checking in at the hotel guest services desk. The parking is 25 euros per day which is expensive, but this is Berlin I suppose.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We got the two double rooms next to each other as requested. Both rooms were clean and spacious. The ground floor communal areas are large with lots of places to sit including quiet comfortable spaces as well as bar areas, plus a place to buy drinks and snacks. There was a big football festival taking place for the first two days we were there so it was very busy initially but it didn't disrupt our stay. The parking places are convenient and wider than some other hotels.

The hotel is just near to the bus station where the the bus 100 operates which roam around the tourist areas. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Beds are comfy, wifi is excellent and saunas and gym are clean.

Whenever we took a bath, water would leak out through the door and fill the whole bathroom and even the room.

The room was clean, and the location was great. The breakfast was good, and the air conditioning worked well. Plus, you might be able to find free street parking if you're lucky.

Wifi in the room was non existent, just couldn't see the network at all. Couldn't turn the lights off unless we took the card out and that cut all electricity. So either charge your phone overnight but try to sleep with the lights on or lights off but charge before sleep or first thing in the morning. To be fair, these were minor enough.

Check-in and check-out were self-service, which I found efficient, but the kiosk did not recognize Taiwan’s postal codes, so I couldn’t complete check-in on my own. Thankfully, the staff kindly assisted me, and the experience ended up being positive. The bathtub had a small damaged area, which didn’t affect functionality but could scratch the feet. Because the property is quite large with multiple buildings and elevators, the layout was confusing at first (and sometimes elevators were under maintenance). However, once I got used to it, it was easy to navigate. The Wi-Fi reception in my room was very poor, though it worked excellently in the common areas. For travelers who need stable internet, I would recommend purchasing the additional internet service.

This was truly the best stay during my solo trip in Germany. My single room was upgraded for free, and the public spaces were spacious and thoughtfully designed. The honesty shop was a highlight—not only offering drinks and snacks but also essentials like adapters. There were plenty of seats for both socializing and quiet work, and power outlets were abundant. The interior design of both the rooms and common areas was unique and stylish, and everything was kept very clean. Breakfast was generous, and the evening bar had a great atmosphere. The customer service team was always pleasant and even offered free printing at the service center. The showers had excellent water temperature control, and the air conditioning in the room worked very well. Although the location is a bit outside the city center, the bus stop was just a 5-minute walk away, and there was even a postbox right outside the entrance. Overall, the stay was fantastic.

The air-conditioning did not work very well in the room, it was incredibly hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Also the small bar fridge even when turned on did not cool a bottle of water that had been in there for 24 hours.

breakfast was expensive we asked for rooms close together - travelling with teens, we were allocated rooms in completely different sections of the hotel, the staff did try to move us closer so were on the same floor, but still a 2 minute walk away. It worked out ok and the kids felt very independent but I was nervous they weren't nearer

Barely any staff are visible, payments, check in and store are self service. The hotel is massive and some areas feel dark and distant. 7th floor is not easily reachable from the lobby. Your perspective of the hotel may be totally different depending on the location of your room.

Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable. Giant breakfast area and many options to choose. Comfortable common areas in ground floor. Good self service store for food and drinks in reception area. Location is quiet but near metro stations and walkable.
