Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The bed matress is very hard. The staff is curiously unfriendly: no smile, no humor, after paying the hotel we got an ‘it’s ok’ instead of thank you, hope to see you again, have a nice trip. Very curious atmosphere

Nothing to add.
Breakfast was standard continental but the choice was good and the bread was nice. Restaurant had a small but good selection of classic German dishes and the quality was good Staff were friendly and all spoke English - my German is rubbish. Convenient location for where I was working.

Location and ease of access from motorway was ideal. Very good for an overnight stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy access to the centre by number 23 bus however it stops running at 9 pm.

Was hard to find and parking entrance equally hard. More signage needed. Breakfast attention was cursory, almost surly, may have been a bad day for the member of staff that morning 🤷🏼♂️
10 minute Uber to town. Very good convenient parking. An oasis of calm in an unlikely location

The single mattress was too small… probably because I’m not used to sleep in a single bed, but still, it could be a bit wider.

I was surprised when I asked for a glass of water at a meal in the evening that they charged me 2 Euros for it. I've never seen a restaurant charge for a glass of tap water before!

No Aircondition…. The room that we had which was the Superior Room were soo hot the whole night. We requested for an Electric Fan but it didn’t help ☺️. We’re expecting that when we hang the Shield ‚… CLEAN THE ROOM we did expect to change the beddings cause we were sweating every night☹️, but they just clean the room … no changing of Beddings which we were a bit puzzled. Hope they can install an Aircondition for more comfort. The TV reception was not good, They just have 3 good channels 😀
The breakfast was ok and the food are all Organics…. The Staff were OK…. ON our last day, the waitress was too friendly and accommodating. She’s very accommodating , offered us some Scrambled Eggs if we want some which we didn’t know we can request. She was too good and very helpful . Bread (Brötchen) were just few to choose…. there were no many options….

location a bit outside city centre.
cleanliness, atmosphere and food. Bed was very comfortable and property was offering so much more than just accommodation. It comprises a wellness retreat as well as a great kitchen serving delicious German/ Bavarian food. Staff are excellent, very friendly and accommodating .

There were no shower soap in the bathroom .
Nice and clean room, very good breakfast, quiet hotel on a suburban road. It's possible to park for free at the street in front of the hotel . Nice and friendly staff . The hotel is placed a bit far from the city center , but there is a tram line directly to a center . A tram stop is about 100 M from the hotel .

I think the hotel advertises that it offers free toiletries, and in reality it is a soap in the shower and next to the sink. That is not what I expected. The bed was really uncomfortable - the mattress was not flat but sunk in the middle, which caused me a backache.
The staff was super helpful, accommodating and friendly. They communicated with me before I arrived as I had a few questions. Breakfast was really nice and lots of options to choose from. We also had a dinner in the hotel restaurant which was lovely including the service. We had to cut our stay short so were not able to use the spa facilities.

The kitchen closes at 9 o'clock and there's no "last call" so you can't be aware of it. You have to order your dessert and your main dish at the same time if you're having a late meal

The room and bed was a little outdated. The mattresses were a bit too hard for us, but for 1 night I guess its OK
