Being in town made it really easy to find coming off the train, great facilities and comfy solid bunks

Realised the towel wasn’t found on my bed, and I had to ask staff (issue was I arrived after reception closed)

Great location, very cozy and clean hostel with everything you might need. The staff were very friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. I also really appreciated that they provided a public transport card – it saved money. Thank you! :)

The only small inconvenience was that not all beds have a power socket. On the first night, I got a top bunk without one, which was a bit uncomfortable, but afterwards I simply changed beds and had no more issues.

There are hidden charges in the apartment, water in the shower is hourly. Do not give the card to the apartment if it has already been charged, because it will charge again the next day.

Great location in old town area. Many places to enjoy restaurants and local culture. Short walk from train station/bus depot.

Clean and nice Hostel in the heart of an amazing city

Good location in the center and close to a parking lot. New furniture, clean, linen in good condition. We never met the staff, and things worked despite the fact.

Towels were not provided and in one female toilet both paper towels and toilet paper ran out. No staff to ask in the middle of the night… we now have a funny travel story to tell :0)

Perfect space to be among all the historic buildings, my favorite ice cream place by far is just steps away from the hostel. Linens were clean and staff checked us in quickly.

Coed dorm smelled so bad, the kitchen pans weren't in good shape, and the beds were really hard. Difficult time getting to parking.

The hostel was centrally located in Fussen. Restaurants and shops were literally steps from the front door. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. It was quiet and safe.

We have probably never encountered a hostel that has everything so perfectly organized and arranged. Information and descriptions are posted everywhere (and we mean everywhere), so if you don't know something, just look around and you're sure to find detailed instructions for anything nearby. Everything is clean, tidy, and equipped appropriately for a hostel, not a hotel, so it's simpler. Thanks to the perfect information provision, it doesn't matter at all that the reception is only staffed during limited hours; self-check-in and check-out are completely hassle-free. The gentleman at the reception was very nice, and although we only met him briefly, he left a great impression. There is a shared kitchen with limited electricity availability (schedule posted). Luggage storage after check-out is no problem. The location of the hostel is excellent, right in the center of Füssen, yet close to the train station. We were thrilled with our stay here and very satisfied.

We had a room with bunk beds, which was less comfortable for middle-aged travelers like us, but we knew that in advance when we booked, as there were no other rooms available.

Great location! Great and easy communication through the Booking.com app. I arrived after hours and they provided me with the door code and all the information I needed. Good overall cleanliness.

Staff : Staff is close to non-existant with limited front desk hours,, but they have good communication through the Booking.com chat. Security : In-room lockers are too small and you can't fit anything larger than a backpack, so every guest's stuff was spread all over the room wich is way too small for an 8 beds dorm. No keys to the rooms. Every room is unlocked. If you want to leave your bags after check-out, the "luggage room" consists of leaving your bag in the laundry room, which is unlocked, no lockers, so anyone who has the door code to access the building can wander around freely and look into your stuff. However, there are security cameras everywhere. Privacy : Beds are too close to each other, so there's only a 1cm Wood panel between you and the other guest. Having 6 beds instead of 8 would be more realist fot that room size. No curtains on the beds. Other : Lack of socializing space. The "lounge" consists of a hallway with three chairs, next to a dorm room, so you can barely talk without disturbing that dorm's guests. Can be a little noizy at night due to partying teenagers on the street below. Needed earplugs to sleep well. Overall, I had the average hostel experience, nothing less, nothing more. It does the job if you want a place to sleep in Füssen without breaking the bank. It needs improvements for security and privacy.
