Location is nearby to public transport, shops and eating places. The room is a bit small but clean. The bathroom are shared but always clean. WiFi is good. The staff are helpful with good English speaking. Free coffee/ tea and some snacks always make us happy.

Sometimes the bathroom was not clean. As bathrooms are shared with other guests, not everyone is careful and I found it dirty a couple of times. I cleaned it with toiled paper, but having a mop to clean it would be good. I don't mind cleaning, but I do care not being able to clean a dirty bathroom floor.

Perfectly located for events in the Hamburg Mess and Congresses, it's a 10 minutes walk. You can cook your own meals, there are food supply stores like an EDEKA S. Anders; and other stores around. There are fruits, cereal bars, coffee and toasts for free.

It was a room hotel with shared bath room and the bath room always clean. Surprisingly they also provided hair dryer in the bathroom. The shared kitchen have free coffee machine, various tea and bread (butter and jams are additional) . It was enough to grab a quick breakfast. Microwave and stove can be used for reheat ready to eat food.

The door to the room had quite a gap when closed, so everytime a door closed elsewhere in the building the draft would cause an annoying banging. However, this was the only negative aspect of our stay.

Several small rooms at same floor, you can hear the voice of doors opening-closing and the voice of people in the corridor. Anyways, it was not a big deal for me. Internet connection could have been faster.

Small hotel in a residential area,close to a uni.campus. 15 min.walk to Hamburg Messe which is great. Lots of cafe-restaurant options around. Room was exactly as advertised in the photo. Shared bathroom was Ok. All in all, worked well for me.

The bed didn't have a cotton cover but polyester bedsheet on the mattress in which you sweat, and the cupboard was 200x 40 x 40 cms only, useless, because the handluggage 55x40x20 cm didn't fit inside. I didn't sleep well also because of coughing guests and noisy guests returning late or leaving early.

The friendly welcome, the free coffee, tea, apples and bars, fridge, cooking facility, and walking distance from Hamburg-Dammtor. I liked the window with trees in the basement garden.and the quiet area and surroundings

The bed was uncomfortable; it had a thin mattress not made for sleeping. The other guests were very noisy even during late night hours. There was a lot of door slamming, loud talking, people going in and out of their rooms throughout late night hours.

The room was very clean. The staff member who greeted me and checked me in on my day of arrival, was very nice.

Really good value for money. Fantastic location, nice rooms, quiet, never even saw another guest, and shared bathroom facilities were never a problem. Will absolutely stay again next time I'm in Hamburg.

1) in the pictures there was a working table however the room itself was without it. I planned to work from there so it was a bit inconvenient. 2) As it is a shared bathroom they could offer soap dispenser in the shower or at least put a shelf in the shower for you to put your soap and shampoo.

Probably it is not possible to provide parking space in this area, so we struggled a lot not even to find an empty place, but all the areas around allow only 3 hours parking and require local parking residential permit. So generally it is not possible to park on streets, a parking house for 20 EUR per day is required.

Everything was top-notch. Tea, coffee, bread, muesli free. Many fridges to store own food.

We were staying here in the summer and the room didn’t have any air conditioning which made it rather hot. There was the option to open a window but since we were located on ground level that didn’t feel all too safe.

While backpacking for 4 weeks this summer we stayed at a bunch of different hotels and hostels my and this one was probably the best! Cheaper than a hotel, located in a lovely area, super clean and though the kitchen and bathrooms are all shared it never felt dirty or inconvenient.

Initial access was challenging. Did not realize there was an intercom component for use on arrival. Maybe I missed it in the booking documents but if its not currently provided would be great to add.
