How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hotel is located close to main public transport lines, it is easily to reach different places of interest. Very clean surrounded by greenery. Hotel staff is highly professional and supportive, committed to every detail. High class breakfast suited to different tastes.

It was away from the center and didn’t have any points of interest, close by.

If someone ask me "What does the boutique hotel mean?" I would love to show this hotel. Amazing and so so so kind staff. The room is so beautiful and so clean. It was a pleasure to meet and stay here. I recommend their breakfast too. And best part is the fanciest and most romantic restaurant is near to you. You should try Bardolino restaurant! Thank you very much for everything!

The room was perhaps a little dark, even with all the lights on. Not a major issue.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very clean,cool and comfortable. The room was cleaned without having to request it. (As is often the case these days.) Mini bar was useful and reasonable cost. Breakfast was excellent - there is enough choice to suit all tastes - from muesli to yoghurts, bread,rolls, cheeses, hams, (+fabulous smoked salmon) jams etc. Also a pleasant environment in which to sit. We parked our car on site, the cost was very reasonable. Only 5 minutes walk to the tram stop - then only 10 minutes into the Altstadt.

This hotel surprised me on the positive side. Although it is out of the city center, the rooms were nicely decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The hotel also has a good restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all, it was very pleasant to stay in the hotel, and I enjoyed my stay.

Conveniently located in the city, this small hotel also operates a top Italian restaurant, with a terrace opened during warm weather. Although placed very near a few tram stations, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. Also available a generous parking for those who travel by car. Breakfast was great, with excellent coffee, in a warm family atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Great place, very comfortable, good and fair price, delicious and complete breakfast. Super staff from reception to breakfast servicel! Parking included, they have one place at the hotel but since it was full I used the other one they have 50mts away, which is in an enclosed area, not roof covered, but accessible to any one, not a feeling of an unsafe place though. Very easy to go to the city center/old town with the tram (stop nearby).

My partner, my partner, and my father stayed in this hotel, we booked two rooms - single for my father, and double for me and my partner. Both rooms were clean, nice, and equipped with everything needed to feel comfortable. Breakfast was amazing too! Location and connection to the city are super simple both just walking and using the tram. Super easy drive from the airport too! They also found the solution for our very late midnight check-in. Would for sure stay there again if I am in Nuremberg!
