The “room service” is just cleaning rubbish and giving me new water, and they forgot to do it one day. When I communicated that to the staff, I was told there is nothing they can do until tomorrow. The reception is only there few hours a day. The wall near the bed has mark and stain. Because of this, the communication on booking.com is always delayed. You cannot get what you need until next day. The single room is good for sleeping but if you want to stay in hotel, it’s crowded and not very pleasant. No hair conditioner. Overall, it’s good accommodation but with that price I do expect more than hostel-like environment that’s it.

Great location, centre to everything in 5minutes walk. Check in very smooth. Bed is comfortable. It is clean. It has air-con, a kettle in the room. Mini fridge and tea and coffee in the hall shares by all guests. Staff are nice. They have luggage storage but luggage safety is in doubt because staff doesn’t really record whose luggage it is..

The room was extremely hot. It was very uncomfortable on a warm summer weekend. There was no airflow in the room regardless of the open window. It's a small room as well so the air was really hot and stuffy. Also, I got check in instructions only in German and I asked if I could get a couple of steps of the instructions in English but I didn't get response. Luckily someone answered when I rang their phone at the entrance upstairs of the building and I got in.

Location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station. All of the main tourist attractions as well as shops and restaurants are also within walking distance from the hotel. The room was quiet - I didn't hear any noises from traffic or other guests during the weekend stay. The room where I stayed had a private bathroom in the hallway which worked fine for me! The bathroom is spacious and it's truly private as it's assigned for that one room only. The room had everything that I needed for my weekend stay.

I arrived just after 6pm amd there were no staff, so I had to let myself in and find everything. All very well organised and responsive, but I always find that a bit miserable, especially when it's on top of an office building. The place suited my needs and was absolutely fine, but quite expensive for what it is.

Close to the station, but also pretty much in the heart of the city. Small but clean room with nice window out on to inner courtyard. The hotel was full, but it was really quiet. Separate bathroom just round the corner, also extremely clean.

My shower room locked and unlocked with a coin. Anyone could use it, others locked with a key. Not a worry but the only thing I could probably complain about.

Very basic accommodations. The bed was low to the ground, not a good situation if you have any type of mobility issues. The bed pillows were flat, need to be replaced. It would have been nice to get a few complimentary waters and coffee in the morning. The AC unit did not work properly, had to open the window for cool air but it was extremely noisy late at night. If you’re a light sleeper be sure to request a room not facing the street.

The location is very close to the train station and center of town. Also seemed very safe and secure.

Nice cozy and well-decorated room in a slight archaic style, but small. Right in the middle of the city within walking distance to pretty much anything. A great Wein Parade nearby. Decent food at great prices nearby.

The external bathroom is far outside of the room (though it can hardly be changed). The reception lady was very kind to say that tea and coffee are available, but later I couldn't find where they are (and there was no one to ask).

Very central location, on a beautiful square, a 5 min walk from the train station. All necessary was in a few steps - several restaurants, a bakery, a supermarket, tram and city bus stations. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly. I could let my backpack after checkout for half of the day. Would definitely recommend it for budget travelers.

The Reception desk was unmanned on arrival and departure. Contact on arrival was solely by phone. The location is very noisy. Noise from a local pavement bar didn't stop until 02.30 and street noise (conversations, shouting) re-started around 06.30.

The location is excellent. Close to the train station and restaurants and activities in Wurzburg.

The bathtub was not clean. I found three hairs, it is not a nice impression when you enter your room for the first time and find that. I paid 132€!!! For one night two people. I was expecting definitely something better.

The view was very nice, also nicr touch with conplementary chocolates and water.j
