The room size is comparatively small, not very comfortable for stays more than 2 nights. The ventilation could also be made better.

Good location, the common area is also well equipped. There is a vending machine with snacks, drinks & travel necessities. Also good staff.

New and perfectly clean place with everything I needed. Easy to get coffee, snacks, and drinks with self-service 24/7 in the lobby. Self checkin is possible. The staff was really nice. It's perfect for people who like a clean, convenient place and don't mind rooms on the smaller side.

Exceptional location close to old parts of HH, completed with sense for design, modern needs of connectivity, car parking and lovely breakfast, made fresh, down to real roses on the table. Staff was the most professional as well as friendly of all of our trip spannig the length of G (although, we did meet other friendly staff). Rooms and shower are just brilliant for staying over night after an exhausting day. The wide open public space with bench, access to Wifi / electricity, USB and coffee machine compensate for the smaller size of rooms in case one prefers to spend time at the hotel. There are newspapers, seats / pillows on the window sill with view at green and the old church a dozen meters away. There are umbrellas to help deal with the HH summer weather.

There was nothing I didn’t like to be honest.

I had a lovely stay at Baltica Altona . The hotel is nice and clean with a modern, welcoming feel. Our room was small but very cozy, spotless, and quiet—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. I would definitely stay here again! Staff were also very friendly.

Overwhelming welcoming reception in the late evening - familiar atmosphere - positively surprised when you arrive, open doors, spacey lounge entrance, minimalistic order and architecture - clear and clean environment with the touch of the contemporary "Zeitgeist" - the concept of the hotel design and its functionality reflects on the mind - very quietening - breakfast is not to be missed - fresh and a great service. Completely blown away by this brandnew hotel. Room was much larger than I expected (Standard Room), Breakfast was exceptionally delicious, the staff were superfriendly and helpful, providing directions, links to extra services. I highly recommend this place.

The only thing I can say is that the walls between the rooms are a bit thinner. Sometimes you could hear the neighbors.

Everything was perfect. This is a very new hotel and it shows. The staff is great, smiling, helpful, willing. Cleanliness is first class. Parking in the underground garage. Location is quiet, but right in the center. Breakfast is great. We chose a small room for two and were a little afraid of the size. But everything was fine, everything functional, practical. The price x quality ratio is amazing.

Most probably the best Hotel in Hamburg area when You travel for work and vacation! I highly recommend it. Excellent location, service, staff, breakfast, room and Wi-Fi.

The price totally does not match quality. The room was 2x2 meters but the price is 90 eur. The area is totally not worth an additional 70 eur above the room price. The breakfast is not included in the price. +15 eur and is the poorest breakfast I've ever seen.it seemed like they tried to spare a budget on each slice of meat by bringing several slices to choose and the other would be added only after 30 mins. There was nothing to eat at all. If you were in the company of 4 people someone would not even have enough food on the table.

the foam mattress was soft and uncomfortable - by the third day my back was aching. It also kept sliding off the bed so by the end of the night it was hanging about 10-20cm over the edge of the base. I am used to a firm matress. In retrospect I should have asked if there was a firmer foam matress available. The room was uncomfortably warm during the day - the weather during my stay was on the hot side.

Good location.Friendly, helpful staff. Good bathroom. I would definitely book again when visiting Hamburg.
