Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We received an unexpected upgrade to a new building. The room was great with bunk beds for the kids with a full sized bottom bunk. There was a large breakfast buffet... Which honestly could have been half the size and still been sufficient. We had a drain clog in the bathroom which was quickly repaired when brought to the staff's attention. Super close to Europa park.

Breakfast is in the new Hotel, across the street from this one. Not such a big issue.
Very large rooms, clean and comfortable. Good location for those who plan to visit Europa-Park and/or Rulantica. Very good breakfast.

The shower head had only one height (which was quite low), and the stand for the shower head was half-broken.

Position of TV in room led to a strange viewing angle. Marble floor meant that noise echoed around the hotel - could really do with some carpetting/soft furnishings to dampen the sound. Breakfast was quite basic.

Being more remote than the Europa-Park area, there are fewer stores and activities available. However, the convenience of the train and bus makes it easy to reach other locations.

I didn't had a place to charge my car in the hotel - but I guess it's still new thing so need to wait.
The breakfast was great and was beyond our expectations , we stayed one night and arrived late , so in general needed a good shower and sleep ,and this was good .

The only downside was that the room floor was dusty!
The hotel is a great value for money, very well located and rooma are big enough for a family. The breakfast was very rich and it exceeded our expectation, especially that they have many halal options. The staff are also very friendly, from the receptionist to the people working in the kitchen!

Limited space at the breakfast restaurant when the hotel is full, and a couple of additional stuff for breakfast, like salad and sliced veggies like carrots and peppers, would have been nice. And they need to improve showers, which was hanging and not standing straight.
The cleanliness, the comfortable beds and mattresses, breakfast is fine. Overall, good value for money.

I was a late arrival, the staff had left a keycard for me but weren't very clear on where it was. "In the box" was what I was told, it took me a few minutes of searching and head-scratching to find it. I appreciate that for a hotel of this size a 24hr front desk isn't feasible. However a more obvious box/locker, maybe with a key code to unlock, would be a better solution.
The hotel is well-located, just a few km from Europa Park. It's a new building, quite modern in design. Efforts have been made with the decor and theming. For families visiting the park, it's a nice touch. I was given a family room, which had a double bed and two bunks. It was a very comfortable size, with plenty of space around the furniture.
