Even though we had booked the room like 5 months before we came, we got the room with equipment for disabled people, and it was not the most ideal one but it was still fine we just didn’t expect it :)

The AC in the bathroom was too loud for us. It would be nice if it were possible to turn it off.

We really liked the size of our room. We had plenty of space to put our luggage. The bathroom was just enough to fit us both, and the shelf in the shower was a smart move!

Bathroom was not up to B&B Hotel standard. No walk-in shower but a high side bathtub with a shower-head with broken fixture so unable to position, and therefore had to hand-hold the shower head. We arrived on a Friday and it was not fixed during our 3-night stay. Alternative room was offered day 2 but declined offer as too inconvenient to repack etc.

Location was a 35 minute walk into Dresden Center but a public bus was available from outside the hotel so very convenient. Hotel parking was available. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom good size. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Maybe a condiotioner could be better, and in the bath a some kind of metal was unattached well.

It could have been a bit more clean. I asked only for cleaning on every other day, however the carpet could have been better hoovered during those occations.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room with a bathtub. Good value for money and there is a bus stop just round the corner, from there the bus goes directly to the town centre so it is an easy commute. There is a parking available but parking on the street is also a possibility. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This was a good quality hotel that offered excellent value. They let me drop my bags early and very helpful generally. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel peaceful. Situated near Lobtau, which has restaurants and bars, so you don't have to go back to the centre to dine. Only 25 mins on foot from Hauptbahnhof, though buses stop next to the hotel too.

Bathrooms would welcome some proper deep cleaning. I'm not saying that they were unbearably dirty, they looked clean, but they did not smell fresh.

Nice quiet location with free parking on the street. Very close to the city centre by walking. Personal of the hotel was very kind and helpful.

When booking, I was under the impression breakfast was included. When we got there they asked us to pay to add it, so we didn’t. The app also told us that check in was at 1300, we arrived at 1400 and still were asked to wait for our room to be cleaned. The shower was not very clean. Hair from previous guests was in the drain and you could just feel the tub wasn’t scrubbed.

The room was very well designed with some nice decor. The bed was of very good quality and the drawers were practical. The curtains allowed me to sleep in complete darkness without being bothered by daylight. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Dresden!

The ventilation in the toilet was a bit loud, and it starts whenever I turned on the tap or using the toilet- still not sure how it worked. But not a big problem.

Everything. The reception staff were very friendly. She let me checked in early - the normal check in time was 15:00 and I arrived there at 12. The hotel room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable. There are two windows in my room, so the lighting was really good. Also the retro style balcony makes it trendy, more importantly you can enjoy some green space and fresh air in the morning and evenings.

We stayed only for the night, but everything was great. The best thing is the late check-out and the staff is really helpful. We didn’t take the breakfast, because our family has many food restrictions, but it looked really good. If you book 2 stays with their app, the 2nd time breakfast is free. Parking was easy to find in the streets.

Surprisingly clean, and spacious room. Right next to a bus stop that goes straight into city center. Extremely comfortable beds. Very good free Wi-Fi. Well-equipped bathroom. A LOT of power plugs. Highly accommodating and friendly staff. Easily accessible and fully featured HVAC system. I liked the 'no checkout' system.
