IndiaTwin beds were provided for a couple stay. The pillows were uncomfortable and too soft. Poor facilities in the room, like there was no coffee maker, no glasses for drinking water or a mini fridge.
The room was clean and location-wise, it is walkable from the train station.

United KingdomThe auto check in process (after 10pm) is one of the worst I have ever experienced. Standing there at 11 at night typing in passport numbers and addresses, for the price of the rooms is it too much to ask for a member of staff? Also, what happens if the guests need assistance?

United KingdomThe hotel is a bit of a impersonal place, you don't check out and must pay the night before, including extra for breakfast if you want it. Personally as a 75 year old I would prefer that they took my payment automatically on the evening of arrival and had a simple key box for late arrivals, rather than a complicated machine that really would be a struggle with on your own, in my opinion.
Arrived at Cuxhaven by very late running steamship, and after 22h00 check in time. One of the girls phoned me with instructions for late check in. But the two girls, each one charming, friendly, helpful and speaking fluent English, were still there when I arrived at the hotel, a good job that they were for they helped me with the check in at the machine in the lobby. This machine is very complicated and requires lots of information and then wouldn't accept my card for payment, so they took payment at the reception desk, which they said they weren't supposed to do after hours. There is an English language button for the machine. A good, clean room with all you need. The breakfast is very good indeed with a lovely buffet of many things to make up a varied and healthy breakfast, beyond my expectations.

IndiaThere isn't a complimentary water bottle for the guests,there was not any in the vending machine also ,strange ? Do people not drink water ? The room was pretty basic and not enough hooks to hang things in bathroom or the room itself ,no shelf or almirah to hang clothes , seemed like a dilapidated room never repaired properly .B and B means bed and breakfast then why do you charge breakfast as extra ? It shd be included in the tariff itself ? If it was not a random leisure trip wouldn't have booked this for sure .
The location of the hotel is the best part ,staff is courteous.The breakfast had vegan options like hafer milk and curd as well as gluten free bread etc loved the breakfast . Variety of fruits could have been more though but still quite good.

United KingdomThat I have to pay for parking and no charger for EV cars. With cards access keys will be much easier to access instead of codes. And no tulle fitted in the room, so it is not possible to see sun/day light and change your clothes wile someone is talking on the car park in front of your window!
