The location of the bathrooms is not the most convenient, as they are at the entrance of the campsite, and some showers are shared between men and women.

We stayed in a bungalow, which was clean and comfortable. However, for a one-night stay in Regensburg it was perfectly fine. We were just passing through, and it turned out to be a good option.

Very easy to get to via bus with the journey being 10-20mins back to the centre of Regensburg. Located perfectly next to the public swimming areas of the Danube river.

No shop, no restaurant. Come on, At least basics must be available.

Nice camping well placed, clean. I booked a bungalow for the price of a bungalow, but I was given a tent (comfortable, but, yet...). Staff is kind. The shop is non existent, and there is no restaurant. Therefore, bring your stuff, as the only way to purchase stuff is at a thai take away hidden in the Tennis club nearby. Don't ask for the invoice to the thai lady or you're going straight into pure comedy.

It was sad that the restaurant was closed while it was supposed to be open according to Google.

We liked the whole idea of sleeping in a barrel. It was also very comfortable and we had much fun swimming in the river.

It would be nice if each barrel had its own picnic table.

The camping barrel was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our luggage.

Nice experience to stay in tent

It was really interesting experience to stay in Bike Tent (I can be wrong with the exact name). The only thing - I would say 60 EUR is quite expensive for a tent in Regensburg. You can easily rent a hotel for 70-80 EUR. Also I do not have any concerns about tent, reception etc, but toilets and showers are definitely require to be cleaned/renovated... Maybe I was unlucky, but it was quite dirty the day I stayed :(

Check in just from 16-18, otherwise you have to call. Price for the place was....najah. Parking free

Very friendly staff and nice location. Comfortable beds and swimming area nearby. Regensburg in 3km distance, connected by river-side road.

The whole barrel was really cozy and nice and warm inside even in February.

En recepción, the English language was not very fluent and didn't make and effort to speak in English when I was struggling with my poor German.

Very confortable bed 🛏 and very clear. Bathroom with separate sinks area with door so you can wash yourself in private. Individual showers 🚿 also with door to make it more private and space to put your clothes and hang the towel while taking the shower. Very nice restaurant 🍴 and small supermarket 🛒 which it is very convenient. Also there is a cooking area in case you want to make your own food 🍲. Very complete camping 🏕 with all what you need to have a very relax staying. The top point for us was to have the heating in the cottage. It was so cozy to sleep without feeling cold when the weather was not very pleasant ☔. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Also it is only 10-15 minutes drive to the Old Town of Regensburg but the is a McDonald's and a few restaurants and coffee houses 🏘 in the area. In general, AZUR Camping has been one of the best camping I have ever been to.

The staff never replied to any of our messages and basically left us completely by ourselves on the day of our arrival. After almost looking for an hour around we were lucky to figure out where the key was left for our bungalow. The staff never replied to any of our calls and messages were left unanswered even after we departed. The bungalow was warm during the night, yet the location is very far away and basic amenities are literally NON-EXISTENT! No sheet covers, no shampoo, no towels, literally nothing except a bungalow which was sufficient for a night stay, yet really lacked basic equipment. Even for people on a short budget, I recommend staying elsewhere closer to the center with decent communication interaction from the host. Thanks but not again.

Unfortunately not a lot except of free parking, but the time is restricted that you can access the on-site parking.

We decided to book a barrel instead of camping in our tent as the night temperatures dropped and it was raining. It was so cosy with heating and we each had an electric blanket. The bathroom facilities were very clean and there was a place for campers to cook and a lounge to sit and enjoy your meals

We spent one night in a barrel together with our 1 year old daughter and it was very comfortable. Camping itself is very clean, spacious and there’s a special was-basin for a baby, which we enjoyed. You can also offer pastries for breakfast day before on reception.

    Really no complain

We loved that everything went SO SMOOTHLY. check in, no problems with parking, barrels are awersome, using bathrooms, contact with stuff, getting coffee and fresh buns in the morning, location and atmosphere. We will certainly try to come back for longer stay.
