How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

At some moments it is very crowded in the breakfast room, requiring having to wait for a seat (although requested time for breakfast is asked upon arrival).
Parking spots with option to charge electric cars. Extensive breakfast. People working in the hotel were willing to help. Different options for public transport into town nearby.

Not a problem personally, but the fact it's slightly outside the centre might be an issue for some.
Comfortable, old world charm in room. Modern bathroom with powerful shower. Easily accessible via tram 1 and bus 68 via Mitte.

Tram stop near by with connection to city center in 10 min. The room was quiet, no noise from traffic. Breakfast was very nice and well assorted. Helpfull and friendly staff. Free parking.

On booking.com it was said it belongs to the inner city. That’s the reason why I chose the hotel. Unfortunately I didn’t check the address. This hotel is definitely not part of the inner city. I recommend to change this attribute!

Relatively far from the center (5 stops by public transport), the windows overlooked a major highway, so it was noisy.
Friendly staff, clean, good value for money, fridge and kettle in the room.

We were accommodated in a very small room that had a door connecting to the adjacent room. The sound insulation was very poor, so we could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room through that door. Additionally, traffic noise from outside could be heard through the existing roof window. The bed was comfortable. We were on the top floor of the building, which has an elevator. There was a spacious parking lot in front of the hotel. The hotel is located outside the city. There is a bus stop near the hotel with a line to the city center.

I missed to have an extra pillow but that isn’t something so important.
Very nice location, not far from city center not close but exactly perfect. Like 15 mins with public transport and the stop is right infront of the hotel. Has a free parking. Clean, stylish rooms, very helpful and friendly staff.

Our room was very small, but it’s ok for several nights. The door lock to the bathroom was broken.
All is good. Breakfast was very delicious. Location - 10-15 minutes to the city centre.

The location of the hotel, a little bit to far from Dresden's city center, but it provided free parking for cars on site.
The supplied room was larger than in most similar level hotels. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and comprised a large variety of products.

Very tasty breakfast with wide choice of products. Everyone can find something for their liking. Huge plus for parking included in price. Never had that before in Dresden so it was a pleasant surprise. Staff was incredibly friendly and had open ear for every request, we felt very welcomed and taken care of. Room was very clean, beds comfortable. Despite close vicinity to the busy street, it wasn't loud at all. There was an option to make own tea, and store things in the fridge. Overall, great place to stay in. Highly recommended!

Breakfast is tasty but the selection is modest. Items are restocked slowly and only when trays are completely empty. No dessert options are available. There were no guest slippers in the room. The handheld showerhead was broken, but the overhead shower was functional.
Convenient location for arriving by car and continuing your journey via public transport. There are bus and tram lines near the hotel, and it takes about 15 minutes to reach the city center. Free parking is available at the hotel. The apartment is clean and includes air conditioning, a TV, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a hairdryer.

The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff were friendly. There was easy access to trams and buses to get into the centre of Dresden.
