Parking was very tight and they said our credit cards were declined because they were over limit and they were not. Doors to room were a bit difficult to open.

A wonderful family hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room had a decent size and was very clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved the AC! Effective and quiet which was a blessing with an outside temp of 34°C. We will stay here again if we come back to Trier.

The aircon in the room is much appreciated on a hot summer day. The hotel is located in the old town, which is convenient for sightseeing. But a little walk to the main train station, although one can also catch a bus to get to the train station.

Did not appreciate the extra 3 Euro per bike per night fee for putting our non-electric bikes in the garage.

Breakfast was good. The bed and linens were very good. Hotel security was excellent.

The parking was a bit of a challenge to find and navigate but it worked out and was better than trying to find public parking!!

Location, great staff and our room was upgraded to a bigger room. Beds and pillows comfortable. Everything clean and well maintained.

The only issue we had was there was a Bar with outdoor seating right below our window and it was extremely noisy which went on till just after midnight.

I was very happy they were able to accommodate our larger vehicle into the underground parking (the owner allowed us to park in his sister's parking spot). The room we had was recently renovated which was very nice. The hotel was very close to the downtown area and the sites we wanted to see. It was nice that we could spend the whole day just walking through the sites.

The room is quite basic, lacking both a refrigerator and a coffee maker. We opted out of the breakfast option for an extra charge since there are plenty of coffee shops in the area. The WiFi is public and doesn’t require a password, which is convenient but raises some security concerns, so we decided to use our phone's hotspot instead.

Location is great, room was clean and very quiet at night.

The curtains were at least 1 metre TOO SHORT- excessive light intrusion into the room was unacceptable in summer. This is the sole reason for my lower rating.

Hotel obviously had regular attention from the proprietor.Organisation and maintenance was perfect.Breakfast was well up to the standard expected for this modest price.Excellent range of teas. The bedroom had a firm bed and good airconditioning. Bathroom had no annoying modern impractical features.Adequate furniture and a safe. Central location was useful.In view of my frequent mishaps in this area,I quite liked having a dental clinic downstairs!

The distance to the city centre is about 10 mins walk. Close by to restaurants. We checked in late at 1830. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful. We had a room facing the road with traffic noise however we requested for another room which was facing the other side. Lucky enough there was a room available. Thank you !

Travelling with classic car, we booked parking space in the hotel garage. They took extra care that the car, being a classic, had a safe and easy accessible place.

There is some noise in the morning that can be heard through the walls.

Room for a family of three was large, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great, but an additional cost. We arrived by car and parking was available and convenient.

During January the heating was great, and it was very warm in the room. The personal was awesome. The location is exactly in the center.
