Pillows on bed were very soft - uncomfortable for me to sleep.

Absolutely loved my room. Very clean and comfortable. Super quiet facing the back. The hotel is at a prime location, close to a lot of great cafes and restaurants. 15 mins walk to Alexanderplatz for example. Can definitely recommend.

No locker for valuables

Great location with convenient access to many forms of transit. Interesting historic building. Second time staying here and would definitely come back. As with my previous stay, room was a good size with lots of storage space. Was able to check-in early which I really appreciated.

Superb location, very safe, room very quiet, great for getting around the city, only a few minutes from the S Bahn stop. Loads of cafes nearby

Great location, close to central Berlin and near streets of bars, restaurants and cafes. Around the corner from the Trainline too! Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean.

Maybe curtains could be improved to make the room darker. But I still loved this hotel and everyday I was congratulating myself about its choice.

Everything, starting with large room, nice view, great area, quiet environment, excellent facilities (looks like new) and nice Hof to relax. If price point remains the same, wonderful place to stay in Berlin.

During my stay I had the opportunity to talk with 3 different staff at the reception and was able to engage in fruitful conversation with all 3 where they were extremely helpful in recommending places to visit, where to eat and also being available to call in taxis or showing me where to get transportation. I travel every weekend for a different city and have lots of hotels experience, but I rate this as the best staff I ever had the pleasure of meeting at a hotel.

Not a dislike just a comment about what might make it even better , The room could be upgraded even further if a small fridge was added for cold drinks , there was an air blower fan but no air con (as I was told Berlin doesn't have much need for it ) Only one slight moan the auto opening doors on the floor were a little noisy , people arrive at all times as I was close to one I did hear it occasionally, but only a slight moan

Likes- Large room in fact massive , a large shower room, separate bed room the bed was very comfortable , bed could separate into a twin if needed ., TV in living area and the bedroom . Looked out on the internal courtyard , so no street noise . Kettle and coffee etc for making a cuppa , checked the booking and didn't see it mentioned , so a bonus . A breakout room with free coffee was a plus as well . Location - as the hotel didn't have food on sight within less than 500 metres there were three bars and three bakeries for breakfast on the same street there was an Irish Bar ( sports) and a retirement called Maya (upmarket restaurant ). If you walked maximum ten mins from the hotel you were surrounded by more than enough food choices ( Asian food very prevalent, no bad thing ) plus places to get the famous Berlin Kebab , and a large REWE store for supplies I needed in around the store was a gin bar and coffee shops. The S bahn station is 500 metres away . Major sights and the city surrounds within ten to 15 mins walk away as well .

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent! The room is clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. There’s also a kettle in the room. I’d really recommend 😊

I found the bedlinen, especially the pillowcases, hot and sweat-inducing. BUT, my room was unexpectedly serviced which was nice.

Friendly, welcoming staff. The location is brilliant. The room was modern and clean with great facilities. Love the free coffee on ground floor.

Excellent location, quiet, unusually no air conditioning, old building, shaded, windows looking out to the inner court, very good. No breakfast, unusual but why not
